There are two types of loss, the one you see and the one you don't.  What you see in the comb, shower, sink, etc.....that's normal.  100 hairs a day is the norm.  (The follicle gets tired and goes into a dorman period. That hair will return in about 3-4 months).

Go under a bright light and look at the hair in your corners, for example.  You'll notice some thick strands.  Nice robust hair.  You'll also notice finer strands and some so tiny you can't hardly see them.  We refer to this as miniaturization.  Eventually the hair withers away.  That's hair loss.  What you're experiencing is normal.

I am surprised you are seeing significant results.  It typically takes 3-4 months for the hair to start coming in.  The hair will then start thickening up and it will take about 12-18 months to really mature.  Remember, it is the hair that came from the donor, (the best hair we all tend to have).  Let's wait the 12 months and re-post.  I would start taking photos so you can compare, otherwise you'll forget.

    thanks for clarification bro

what ive noticed is shedding is just transplanted hair not my native ones

If you were to lose a graft, it would have happened the day of or in the 2 subsequent days.  After day 3- it just does not happen.  You would have noticed lots of bleeding.  Your photo does bring up a concern.  Are you still dealing with crusts? It looks like you've been a bit gingerly with your hygiene.  I suggest you get in the shower, lather up and scrub.  You need to get all the crusts off before you develop an infection.

i dont have any crusts i shower almost everyday its just this one that have this form thats why im scared

I didn't use Minoxidil, but my scalp was particularly flaky and dry post-op - even more so than usual - and the Nizoral really did help. Use it a couple times a week and see if you can get it under control. And also look at different environmental factors that may be exacerbating the issue. We're getting into cooler weather, for example, so dry skin is much more common at the moment.

As for the face and eyebrows, this is something I would suggest speaking to a dermatologist about - or asking your surgeon what they would suggest. I suppose you could put a little nizoral on your eyebrows to see if it helps (?), but I can't say that for certain.

    thanks for your answer man

so nizoral didnt cause you any problem with the growth post op ? cause im 1 month post op and im a little bit afraid to use it

Aside to the great advised you've already read, two things to keep in mind.  Rogaine contains alcohol which is drying the scalp even more - more flakes.  It is important to recognize the med is systemic, That is, you can put it on any one spot, and rub it in.  The med is absorbed and will help the entire head.  You can change the spot daily. This should help.  Next is to use a shampoo that has no alcohol.  May be alternate baby shampoo to the regimen you're already doing.

thanks man i already use baby shampoo the weird thing is that i never had this issue with minoxidil

Nizoral is great, but don't use it daily.  Once or twice a week is enough.  I would also recommend Neutrogena's tar based T-Gel once or twice a week.  Simply applying organic aloe to the scalp can also sooth things.

Edit: I did have an allergic reaction to minox.  So that could be the situation if your face and eyebrows are itchy.  Apply minox minimally or consider stopping it altogether.

can i apply this gel on my hair or eyebrows?

One of the primary ways that Minoxidil works is to make the growth cycle for your hairs longer. That change can cause temporary shedding when you stop or start it. You don't need to apply the minoxidil to your donor hair permanently though. In the areas you are losing hair, If you are going to address your hair loss with hair transplants and you have a more severe loss pattern, its always best to take finasteride and minoxidil forever if you don't get side effects to help you hold on to as much of your hair and enhance them as possible. You don't want to run out of hair down the road.

i know im already applying minox on top

so if i stop it later in the shock loss area you think my gains wont fall again ?

    thanks

We will see in some months about your donor area, you can update when you get longer hair.

I see the driver there with face mask :D He was driving me all the time, I also did mine with Dr Yaman.

4000 grafts is alot of grafts, I hope they did a good job with extraction specially because you are only 24 years old and already have lost alot of hair.

Do you have any photos of the donor area before the hair transplant?

    nice how was your results

and did you notice any shockloss ?
