  1. It is very  impressive to reach such result with using only natural herbs  without going to chemical medicine. l have already started this week to apply a topical solution twice per day  which is a mix of 2% saw palmetto ;2% ginseng and 3% horse tail. Now I will add to my diet plan a drink of nettle root tea such as you. as you mentioned I did not want to take saw palmetto orally  and applied it l topicaly to reduce its concentration in the blood serum as I think 40%  of topical will go systemic not like the oral Form where 100% go systemic.

  2. It is valuable information to hear  that your experiment showing saw palmetto reduce dht without touching Testosteron level and causing sexual side effects like finastride. My Testosteron is low by nature so I may think to apply  topical saw palmetto instead of  taking a risk of any finastride Form.  But do you think Nettle root drink played role along with saw palmetto

Update: I believe to have found the source of my hormonal problem now over a year later after opening this thread.

I've had a Candida overgrowth for most likely a decade and it went untreated. As soon as I started treating the candida, my hormones normalized even more, back acne are all but gone and I feel physically a lot better.

I've also cut dairy and gluten due to intolerances.

I cannot confirm this is the source of the problem for absolutely everyone, but I'd recommend people suffering from hair loss to check themselves for this. The main indicator is a white coating on the tongue, I've had this for years and never gave it a second thought until recently when someone brought it up.

From your experience with taking saw palmetto and Nettle root.  Do you think saw palmetto raises or reduces total / free testosteron

I just took this now. This is about 2 years after the last chest/abdomen session. I did a session last year, but only took beard hair from that one. As you can see I still have a decent amount of hair on my chest and abdomen, so I'll be going back again soon. I put a zoomed in picture here too, so you can see the little white dots. Honestly, in person you can only see the white dot scars if you really get in close and look for them.... and who is ever going to be doing that? I go to work every day and everywhere else with my shirt on unless it's Summer and I'm at the beach or something. I'd much rather have hair on my head where that area is seen every day by anyone I meet or pass by rather than worry about that one time I was out without a shirt on. I've seen women with freckles all over their chest which looks MUCH worse and that's natural.

If I were you I would harvest all the hair in the chest and abdomen as for me I like to have clean chest and abdomen and benefit from these hair to be transplanted on the scalp.

The white dots are not visible at all except on the zoomed  image. But I think the punch size used to extrect the graft play role about the dot scar so what was the punch size used to extrect graft from chest and abdomen?

FYI just saw my dermatologist today for a regular skin check and he’s a very big fan of oral min. He’s seeing excellent results with essentially no sides. He does not go further then 5mg and says most of his patients are on 2.5mg. He is not as much a fan of Finasteride and he said the industry is well aware of the long term effects of the medication. I asked him about topical fin and he said he’s still not sold on it as he has patients that have still had poor side effects from the topical solutions. Any patient that wants oral fin he has them very clearly understand the potential for sides and risk for the longer lasting effects. I said which medication do you feel is a safer bet and he said oral minox by a mile at the dosages being used.

What is your doctor opinion about mesothereby dutastride injection as medication is it has a long term side effects as well?

I think posting links is against the rules but search youtube for "Andrew Huberman Kyle Gillet" and go to their podcast at the 56:36 mark

Thank you. I watched it and see the doctor say mesothereby dutastride injection is localized on the the scalp. But why I did not see people  on the forum tried this mesothereby injection and almost of them show their experiment about taking oral Fin. or topical Fin. /Dut.  No one showed his experiment about mesothereby dutastride injection to ignore side effects.

I think in the US this is still a very rare thing. I'm not aware of anyone in the US doing this but if someone is please leave a reference.

I am from Egypt. But the dermatologist whom I went to told me to apply mesothereby dutastride injection once a week in the clinic  and claims that mesothereby injection remains localized within the scalp and does not go systematic like a topical or oral Fin. I want to know from someone who tried this if that is right to proceed or not

Sides are a spectrum. There's a threshold, some can take 1mg daily, others 0.25 mg, I think you have to find the right amount. @HairRun got sides initially from Xyon, but then changed his dosage and now doesn't have sexual sides just ball aches. My initial plan is to use it 3x a week at first, then see how my body responds, and adjust it slowly as my body gets used to it.

    OK

have you considered mesothereby dutastride injection in the clinic  as I heard  but not sure that dutastride mesothereby injection  does not go systematic at all

How old are you? Are you on meds? If yes, does the meds stop or significantly slow down the loss?

The first question should be: Are you a candidate at all. Temporal points are not your concern. Concern would be retrograde alopecia along with high NW.

    I am 34 years old

I am not on medication because I do not want to take finastride due to side effects and even refuse to try it.

Do you see am I Candidate?
