  1. It does give me hope the crown will fill in looking at this photo. There seemed to be a lot more coverage. Hopefully I'm just waiting on these follicles 🤞🤞
  2. So experience with Vertex. Honestly lovely people from Dr barghouthi himself but also the receptionist and technicians. The consultation or when you speak with Dr barghouthi is a conversation so really puts you at ease. Wether its a busy day or with the time difference I don't think I've never waited more than a few hours for a reply. The results speak for themselves I had a huge area to cover and search the site you'll find even better results. Not knowing what to expect from Jordan I can say the hotel was top notch. All of this added up to I got a good feel from vertex and happy I followed my gut. Do I know the crown takes longer?yes Was I aware under less than ideal conditions it would look potentially like this? Yes Was it a huge ask to cover everything in one hit? Yes But I'm still a little gutted when I see the crown but would do it all over again it's strange how you always look for the weak points... But ask me again when I've given it time hahaha. Probably say I don't even notice things
  3. Honestly I couldn't recommend him enough buns as for the update. Fresh out of the shower so still a little damp. But looks perfect except the crown.(which I think says a lot when not bone dry) the camera with flash can pick up imperfections more, but I think anyone having a transplant knows this too. Obviously it takes longer for the crown so I'm waiting until early next year then re-evaluating. Hopefully it grows but failing all else maybe light SMP?? Treatment is 1mg finasteride daily(couple of days missed here and there. But not many, I won't lie) Minoxidil daily on a work day, 2 times daily, on day off. Microneedling pen broke, so haven't done that for a couple of months. Buying a new one on payday. Also be reintroducing retinoid along with this as it seemed to all synergise and give best results last time🤞🤞🤞. (Even if it didn't worth the few £ a week for piece of mind I'm doing everything I can)
  4. @mister_25 this will be 7 had the op new year's day
  5. Update 1)the good....dry looks a load better! Still some weakness in the centre but can't really tell. 2) the bad.....fresh out the shower and with flash at its worse. 3) reason to be optimistic.... what's falling out naturally as I brush my hair Vs what I plucked from the side. So still potential to add a lot of density (*disclaimer* yes I know a Vernier isn't the perfect tool but best I had)
  6. @Melvin- Moderator is there anyway to upload a video? I took one for the 6month update.... Only thing was no joy when I tried to add the file
  7. @Ryan Daniel ohh yeah really oily. That has retinol oil in. (always do it before I add Minoxidil). Or normally grease from my hands from working in sheet metal. But I just take pictures as is. Not go to find the right lighting/freshly washed etc... So you get a better day to day view As for the cut, I was just leaving it to go curly. Then going to neaten it up a little. Why what would you suggest??
  8. @J.A.C sorry you've changed your icon, so didn't even realise hahha
  9. Yeah the final day with Dr barghouthi, was the 30th December, so basically say new years. Honest @J.A.C I'd recommend @DrTBarghouthi to anyone any day of the week. The results are actually more rounded at the front, then they appear in some photos. Obviously the front forelock is longer, but I'm just happy to leave everything growing as is for now.
  10. I'll get to it after work forgot about April's! With doing the mid month update, for some reason I thought it was done hahah
  11. Are they perfectly comparable NO(lighting/length/how it's laying). But wanted to show the progress, which is obvious however you look at it
  12. Ok good job I started this thread. Looking at late January updates wow
  13. @Gatsby looks like your making gains yourself bud! Cheers for the kind words. I'll keep in touch with Dr Barghouthi, he's not just a class surgeon but a class bloke too.
  14. Update at month 2. (Two days early but can't see that making any difference). Seeing as the front had nothing other than the forelock, pleasantly surprised so far.
  15. Fingers crossed! 6weeks is fine, First you wait for the patchiness to fill. Then wait for the length hahah. Kind of stopped looking now, so just waiting for the day I look back and am shocked.
  16. Week six and seems to be going well! Photos from the better side. Obviously anything in the temples is Dr Barghouthi's handy work as they were bare beforehand.
  17. @Viney cheers mate, I'm hoping the post transplant results are just as rapid🤞. I was super happy with the meds, and figured it would improve some more, but it wasn't going fill my temples.
  18. Quick bit of good news. Today I took a picture and noticed how much vellus hair was already in the recipient area! Loads of blonde hairs. Should I take this as a sign I'm ahead of schedule🤔????Yes normally it takes months and months. But look at how quick I had a response to fin/min October/November/December results
  19. I'd say try meds first. Check out my thread, had a lot of regrowth on meds alone. Unfortunately I had no follicles left in my temples to reawaken so went for a transplant. You seem to have coverage it's just thin.... So potentially in with a good shot. Plus let's say you do get a transplant you'd need to be on meds, so can see if they agree with you and stabilise things. Or if your lucky it could save you a few hundred grafts.
  20. I'd probably advise against it. In theory some stacks might be ok and not interact or convert to dht. But 1 is what your getting actually what it says on the box? 2 Will the compound be able to interact with receptors? 3 Will the use of Peds lead to more free test that can cause issues?? I've seen people run test/tren/Winstrol/clen with no issues and take a half arsed PCT without any perceived side effects. Seen others take mild stacks and had gyno and lose 2 norwoods! Kumial's physique isn't unobtainable naturally in all honesty. Would it take a few years? Sure. But definitely don't need Peds.
  21. Week 4 update (actually tomorrow but..) shedding lasted from day 14-17 and I haven't seen any since. From a distance look exactly the same as before. When zoomed in you can see a lot of lagging hairs staring to come through
