  1. Hi friends! Well here goes the eleventh month! The photo is a comparison of the year, but I started the top-of-the-range medication in May 2021. It keeps giving me the feeling that there are little hairs all over my head, will they give the push? Hopefully! πŸ™ News: I have started taking vitamin D, it was low and I also noticed that the hair vitamins I take do not provide it. I know that there are people who do not give importance to the issue of vitamins, but personally I do. I've been with them for 2 weeks so I still think it's too early to assess and produce a change in the body. This vitamin stimulates the growth of hair follicles. The main source to obtain it is the sun and some foods. I have also started applying vitamin E to my scalp 2 times a week. It is an antioxidant, stimulates growth and helps to strengthen. I've been 2 weeks too, we'll see. Everything else is the same and I'm moving on! A hug!
  2. Many thanks! I will keep posting! Let's go for more change! πŸ™
  3. Thank you very much mate! πŸ™
  4. Hello furry family! Another month, each time seems to pass faster. Tenth month since I started top of the range oral medication and Dr Mwamba's lotions (May 2021) - (The photo of the comparison is from April). I remember I was on my way to NW VII. To comment on this month: I don't know if some hair has fallen out, but I notice a strange fluff all over my head, even where there was nothing before, I hope you can see in the detail photos that there are little hairs, I hope they improve. Go on! A hug!
  5. Thank you very much friend! Yes, that's what they told me, before it I usted topic Minoxidil. I had a few days with low blood pressure when I started taking it, but then everything was fine and very comfortable to take (better at night). A hug!
  6. Thank you very much for your words friend, mentally tough, but I still believe there may be improvement. A hug!
  7. Hello friends, Ninth month, as there have been no major changes on the front compared to the previous month, I update the status of the back of the head compared to May 2021 (9 months) trying to make the photos as similar as possible (I take them myself 🀣) A hug for everyone!
  8. Thank you very much for your good wishes, hopefully as you say it will look good soon! A hug!
  9. Hi friends, Here the photo of the eighth month. I remember that I started oral Minoxidil and Dutasteride on May 22, shortly after starting Dr Mwamba's topical dutasteride and mesotherapy lotions. This month I felt better to the touch, but in the photo I look worse, so well, I won't give it importance and I just have to move on. A hug!
  10. Hi @Kevinbakinz! Forget what you have been told, focus on what you want to achieve. Try and trust, above all trust and believe that it is possible (It is as important as medication). They also told me that my case had no solution. I would like the road to be faster, but the improvement since my beginnings is more than evident. I will continue constant a few more months. I know my improvement is not over. In a few days I will post my photo update. A hug!
  11. Thanks a lot @mustang! I hope the surprises are not over, I know there is still a party up there haha. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! A hug!
  12. Hi friend! Thank you very much for your comment, it gives me a lot of encouragement to continue! I want to wait another 6/11 months with medication and see progress. I think the medication can continue to work for up to a year / year and a half. I hope to have new improvements πŸ™ A hug!!
  13. How are you? In my case tomorrow is the seventh month of minox and oral dutas and eighth of the lotions of Doctor Mwamba. This month there has been no great news, even from the photo I may be seen something worse than in the previous one because not long ago I snuffed the front to give me better lotions and boost this area and part of it has trouble growing again. In my case, as can be seen in the photo, the left area of my head responds better than the right, there are hairs of all possible thicknesses and each one seems to have a different growth phase, some fine ones I continue to see that they fall. On a positive side and being honest, the length of the hair helps to cover that area more. It is not visible to the eye, but when I pass my hand through the area that is most difficult, it gives me the feeling that the dots that once came out are already beginning to turn into little hairs in the center of the head (detail photo ), to see if they grow, thicken and give a joy. I remember that my scalp was badly damaged by the use of adhesive products and I was on my way to NW VII and there were no hairs in those areas. It has been a mentally demanding year due to the decision I made in April to leave the prosthesis, but positive and very grateful for the response that the scalp has had. For more! Thank you very much to all! I wish you all a merry Christmas and may 2022 be great for you all! A hug!
  14. Hi friend! In theory, studies say that oral minoxidil is better. There are those who combine both in the change phase to minimize impacts (if any). In any case, shedding is not bad, weakened hair falls out to come out stronger later. Although all people do not have to have it. A hug!
  15. Cheer up friend! sure everything will be fine. That the hairs on the hand do not cause anxiety, the shedding is good (they will come out stronger). Go ahead! A hug!
  16. Thank you very much for your words @Balding Bad I am glad that my path has inspired you to start. I wish you the best, be constant, try not to let your mind deceive you even if you see something you do not like in the mirror and take pictures from time to time that are the ones that will really help you see your progress. At least that's what has helped me. Big hug friend, let's go together! πŸ’ͺ
  17. Thank you very much for your good wishes and energy, I hope so and publish it soon πŸ™
  18. Hello family! I leave another comparison on the back (21 november vs 30 april), it shows that it has gone up and closed and that I have new tenants upstairs. You can see where the hair swirl was in my early years πŸ˜‚ (right side). I remember that tomorrow I will turn 6 months of top-of-the-range oral medication (May 22): - Dutas oral 0.5 mg - Minox oral 5 mg 6 months and 13 days with lotions from Doctor Mwamba, currently: - Topical dutas 0.05% (2 times a week) - Dutas mesotherapy 0.01% (once a week) Hugs!
  19. Thank you very much, the path is slower, but in large alopecia like mine it is very helpful. I will still continue until a year or more and posting the changes, a hug!
  20. Thank you very much for your words and good wishes. So far there is still progress, I hope they continue like this πŸ™ also comment that I continue with vitamins and dermaroller. A hug!
  21. Well, here is the update for the month. 5 months and 13 days with dutasteride and oral minox (since May 22, 2021). On the 9th of this month I am 6 months old with Dr Mwamba's topical and mesotherapy lotions (since May 9, 2021). A hug for everyone!
  22. Thank you very much for your words @yacine.drose. To be honest, I was only on finasteride from April 12 to May 22, it is very little time to assess its effect. The reason for the change was because I read that it gave better results. A hug!
  23. Thank you very much for your words @mustang, I hope to continue telling good news πŸ™ A hug!
  24. And sometimes it happens that even if you don't see what you want, you have to keep believing. If we are sure that our cells and organs work without having to see them, why not believe that hair is on its way even if we do not see it? For days I have not seen progress in the mirror, I even see setbacks, fine hairs continue to fall. This transformation process is being a great teacher for my patience and moral management. But also a few days ago, unconsciously when I passed my hand over my scalp, I noticed on my fingertips like little pinches (there was nothing before, they were easy to identify haha) and today I took a photo and When zooming in, there has been an impulse to see that new creatures appear haha, I hope they become adult and strong soon and multiply by 1000. Show must go on! A hug for everyone!
  25. Hi @captaincalico Incredible change in appearance, how does it feel to look in the mirror and see yourself with hair again after so much time suffering? In such a short time the change is incredible, looking forward to seeing you in month 12. Positive comments from your family and friends? Is your crown getting better with medication? Congratulations and move on!
