  1. 3 weeks. Starting to shed now. Donor looks good i think and my native hair is growing fast!
  2. It looks way under 2k grafts more like 500 on front and 100 on crown. And large punch size? scabs look normal
  3. I have Seb derm too but not seen them on that area. I had some in my donor. They came off after 2 weeks so I’d wait. Forcing Seb derm scabs off is a bad idea as they’ll just come back worse
  4. 12 days. All scabs gone! Donor is healing well too. No itching anymore or pain, basically back to normal. Just waiting to shed now.
  5. Day 10 scabs softened a lot in the shower so I used circular motions and around 90% of them came off in 20/30 mins. Will try rest tomorrow. hows it looking? Any tips for reducing redness or will that slowly fade? It’s clear with flash but isn’t too bad in real life. it looks amazing to see actual hairs there not scabs!
  6. Damn that looks great! How many days behind you am i you think?
  7. Completely agree with you! I accidentally woke myself up the other night with my hand on my head and freaked out. Ill hold off for a few more days before day 10/11 to try and remove them.
  8. Hi Jimmy, you removed 80% of scabs on day 7? I think most of mine are still on. What do you think? I am scared to rub them too much! EDIT: sorry this is actually day 8 for me now!
  9. Hi Melvin, I used some conditioner on my scabs to try and loosen them a bit ( on day 8 ). However i feel like there is a thin layer of conditioner left on? Without using a stream of water or shower i probs cant get it off but i cant really do that for a few more days right? Will the conditioner just dry off?
  10. Okay good to know. I'm going to keep the gentle rubbing at the moment and use circular motions with more shampoo on day 10. I am taking minoxodil and ordering some fin to take 1mg, 3x week.
  11. Thanks Jimmy. Definitely agree with you about the sleeping and itching! It's annoying but not painful or anything like that. I'll order some gel but it seems to be getting better each day.
  12. UPDATE 7 days post op now. Some scabs are falling off. Should i be rubbing them a bit more now? At the moment im just slightly moving my fingers over the grafts whilst pouring shampoo water over them. And the donor area (excuse the patches of dermatitis). It's healing well.
  13. Sorry guys I think you misunderstand. I am talking about the back of the head. e45 is a uk shampoo / brand for dry sensitive skin. I am using baby shampoo with a cup like posted above. all I am wondering if it’s okay to moisturise the back of my head where the fue holes are?
  14. Hello! I am on day 6 post op and my scalp is very dry, particularly my donor area. Causing it to be a bit more painful than I’d like. Am I okay to use a normal face moisturiser on my donor area now? To help with the dry flakes. I currently wash once daily with e45 shampoo with a sponge and bucket pour.
  15. Hi FueGenix. I suffer from Seborrheic Dermatitis so the surgeon had to take grafts from areas that didn't have patches of dermatitis, but also making sure not to over harvest.
  16. Hi John it was Dr Manish Mittal. He was a lovely doc and believed he tried to get as many grafts as possible. I had some bad dermatitis on the back of my head so we struggled with some areas.
  17. Hello! I am 29 from the UK, and wanted to post my hair transplant journey. I actually only found out about this site recently whilst searching for some advice on post op bits. I went with a doctor not on any lists here however feel happy with my procedure. I had 1700ish grafts, with singles on the hairline and then two rows of triples i think, followed by doubles. I was told i had lots of multiples due to having some red hair genes? Who knows. I have quite a lot of hair all over my hair, just not in my temples. It was 6 months growth before it was shaved, (lockdown hair). Here are some pictures! Please let me know what you think. Before. Right after procedure. Four days post. Four days post donor area. Let me know if you'd like to see any more pics.
