Do what you like with posts that’s the whole point of a forum although some people like you use it to pick arguments.
You posted a topic on a public forum thus I assumed you were looking to discuss this topic publicly. I didn't private message you directly instigating anything. If I choose to disagree with you, that isn't "picking an argument". Picking an argument would be if I resulted to ad hominem, personal attacks against you, which I did not do.

Well that makes everything great for them doesn’t it but I was posting for myself as you should do
Ok, I'll make a post I want the government to mail me checks...it's great for me I think it should be done...
Basically, what makes you think you are special to skip the line vs the other people who have already signed up for a consult?

What is extortionate? You don't have to go, someone else will.

You can try topical finasteride, supposedly it is less systemic and the side effects are less.
You can also try taking different dosage sizes of finasteride, maybe 0.5mg per day, maybe 0.5mg every other day, or 1mg every other day, etc.

It is hard to say. Look at Rafael Nadal for example. He had a large transplant and his hair looked great, but thinned over time without finasteride.
It all depends on your individual DHT susceptibility and other factors of your scalp, blood flow, fibrosis, etc.
Finasteride or dutasteride are an extra insurance policy for your transplant. You may not need it, but it is good to have.

It looks like Hasson and Wong from the shape of the hairline, and the grid like pattern.
Nevertheless, they have in recent times had numerous unsatisfied patients post here. It does seem like quality has been slipping there, I think doctor involvement has been minimal from what I remember reading.

I dont miss any point. The angulation and placement looks fine. He just need to be patient and grow up his hair. It is also known that hair transplant follicles sometimes need more time in order to comb them more easily (after 12 months period).
It definitely does not look fine.

Why did they not put any grafts in your forelock?

You cant judge with so short hair...any hair transplant will look weak with so short hair. Hair transplant is an illusion of density with long hair, because you cant achieve the native density.
You are missing the point, if the angulation and placement is wrong, growing the hair out will still be impossible to style and will look unnatural.

If you're happy that is all that matters.

can't he basically cure anyone then if he can take up to 80%?
Yes you would just need a lot of money.

The problem is that you need to account for everyone, including those slow growers. For then, they could have nowhere near 85% frontal growth at 6 months so would worry them unnecessarily if you set that expectation.
I haven't really seen too many cases of slow growers to be honest.
-
So, by 6 months generally you will see the most of your results if you only transplanted the front. Let's say 85%. There will be further thickening and maturation of the hair, some multi hair grafts sprout at different times, and by 9 months you will probably be at your final result.
The crown takes longer due to less blood flow, so by 9 months you will see most of your results, 85%, and some further maturation in the next few months to come.

I do believe that general healthy lifestyle choices (eating organic food/ low sugar / low alcohol / trans fats), regular exercise + good sleep, can help reduce the chances of finasteride side effects.

But you're not seeing everything, so your opinion is limited and subject to a wide margin of error. You're just seeing pictures and therefore cannot make this statement with any reliability:
You're not in a position to make this claim with this level of certainty. That's a fact. Try showing a little humility.
Who is trusting anyone "blindly"? @GeneralNorwoodhad in-person consultations with reputable surgeons, whose position on the matter is obviously superior to whoever jjalay is on a forum. Are you suggesting GN should have just saved himself the hassle of multiple in-person consultations and private messaged you instead?
Which fairy tales? You haven't established your claim as being true and cannot do so. Believing a lay person on a forum who is not in a position to make an accurate judgement is more in line with a fairy tale than the in-person assessment of multiple experts in their field. This is an odd hill you've chosen to die on.
Further, even if we assume jjalay to be speaking the truth, if OP's donor is more homogeneously extracted, even with those "high" graft numbers, it can still look very good at the appropriate hair length (a 2 or 3 buzz)

I would get another opinion, I am not a doctor but your photos do not show signs of DUPA. It looks like you have a healthy donor area to me, and particularly with such a strong medical regimen I would not worry about your donor thinning.

@GeneralNorwood Do you plan to just focus on the paretial areas to blend your sides and the top more naturally, and add more density in the midscalp? Medication will hopefully hold your crown area and back so it doesn't dip more, are you on finasteride or dutasteride?

You can see the scars here, he has particularly pale skin but nevertheless your scars will be visible to some extent.

Every patient has a different physiology but it will definitely be noticeable if you shave your head. I would not recommend getting FUE or FUT for that matter if you plan to shave your head down the line, without SMP as a backup plan to lessen the visual contrast.

Congrats on your latest procedure and a great outcome on the way, will follow this 🫡

It can take several months.

The only way you can fix this is going to another surgery and repairing it.
-
Awesome I'll be keen to try this out.

Dude congrats I think your result looks good.
But I just want to comment to any prospective newbies viewing this thread, indoor car selfies are the absolute most favorable lighting to take a picture. There is no down light going down through the top of the head like on a sunny day outside.
Keep that in mind when evaluating any result, and taking the plunge with thousands of dollars, all the time, energy and effort, only to be confused why the result looks much different potentially in the mirror or in natural sunlight walking outside.

It is a conservative hair line but considering your age and future loss, and needing more grafts to address it, I think it looks excellent.
