  1. I for one completely understand where Portugal25 is coming from and I also completely understand where krunchey is coming from but like I recently added to my thread if it wasn’t for places like Cinik’s then there would be no chance whatsoever I’d have never been able to have a HT. We all want the best things in life and like I added I’d have loved to been able to afford to visit one of the top surgeons out there but that was no way possible for me having a young family to support, ok it’s extremely early days for me and I’ve got a long road ahead but I can only go on what I’ve seen with my own eyes through doing my research on this forum and reading other people’s stories. I’m also guessing every surgeon out there has good and bad results, ok some more than others and I do understand you get what you pay for, but when reading the comments from those forum members on Cinik’s patent threads I’ve seen far much more positive then negative.

good luck! 👍did you opt for the package in which the incisions are made by doctor Cinik?  I seem to recognize his "mold", that is the very regular and linear engravings, however the work clean.

Yes I went with that package, a few changes made to his hairline as he initially had it too a point, but I wasn’t happy with that, thanks for your comments.

  3. Well I decided to have my HT with Dr Cinik due to the results and feedback from some of the forum’s members. Myself (42) and a good friend (44) traveled to Istanbul to have our procedures done on the 14th of July from Manchester UK , everything was pre organised via the clinic and we was put up in a lovely hotel 15min drive away from the clinic. The whole experience was very professional and Dr Cinik and his team did everything they could to make the procedure run a smoothly as possible. I just wanted to share my experience with you guys and maybe help those who can’t decide witch clinic to use when deciding on Turkey as their chosen destination for a HT. I know a lot of the forum members are not in favour of as they call “ Turkish Hair Mills “ but just like many more of you out there, my friend and I are just working class guys and can’t afford to go to the other side of the world and visit the top surgeons, fingers crossed the journey for me will be as successful as it’s been for many more of you guys. Any questions please feel free to drop me a message.

Thank you! Right!? I was certain there was going to be at least some noticeable loss of density in that area after things had grown in. So I’ve been pleasantly surprised, to say the least!

And yeah man! You will not regret! And another side note, the post-op monthly check-ups have still been happening consistently and they are always so kind and professional! Looking forward to seeing how your journey goes!

    Cheers , I’ll be posting!! 👍🏼

Thanks for reverting. Your dyed hair misguided me in your age. If you are 41 years , your baldness is pretty stable so opting for FUE is not a bad idea either. You can consider going for a conservative FUE with 2500 grafts from scalp ( which seems possible plus 500 scalp )  with a 8cm hairline from the glabella. A hairline decreases the circumference of the hairline thus reducing the graft yield. You will look age appropriate . The 3000 grafts will cover 75 % of your head. Since crown is responsive to propecia. You can give propecia and minoxidil  a try till the results of this HT comes for the crown . Definitely the density would improve. It will change the look totally as frontal 60 to 70% area Is converted. The crown can be tackled in next surgery. This will make your surgery cost effective and will tackle your look issues as well . This will ensure that the best scalp grafts are implanted in the front with minor mixing of beard.

    REGARDS

    Dr Abhinav Kumar .

Thanks a lot for your input and advice. So you think I could expect some good results then?
when you say I could get my hairline 8cm for the glabella I’m kinda lost and don’t understand what you mean?
what sort of hairline could I expect?

  6. Hi Egy

I had a look at your story and good luck with everything, I will keep following it.

Yes I know where you are coming from and that’s exactly what I will be doing, getting as much information as I can. I’ve got nothing booked at the moment and it will be at least the summer time before I do anything. I did want to get to 6 months with the finasteride and see how I go with that.

  7. Hi

    Dr Abhinav Kumar

Firstly thanks for your reply and giving your advice and secondly I’m 41, “ wish I was in my early 30s “ 👍🏼

I don’t know if this helps or changes anything but I’ve been losing my hair slowly for about 15 years, started off reseeding and then eventually thinning and here I am. I didn’t really want to go down the route of having the FUT treatment and them take a strip from the back of my head but I do appreciate you know better than I do. I was hoping also unless I really had to not to have anything taken from my beard, just to let you know when you say different colour I dye my beard about every 3 weeks and on the photos I’d not trimmed for a few weeks if that’s what you mean. I have started recently on the advice of a specialist HT in the UK to take finasteride to see if it helps with the density, they advised that prior to having FUE treatment.

When all said and done I guess there’s risks with which ever route I take whether I pay 15k or 5k and in all honesty the cost does come in to consideration for me within reason, hence why I’m now seeing this a more realistic thing for me unlike I did a few years ago.

  8. Hi Melvin

To be honest this is something I’ve wanted done for many years but I always thought it was out of my league regarding the cost issues. I had a consultation about 8 years ago and quoted around 8-10k but I was under the impression it would end up been a endless pot of money, it’s only come to light and seems more realistic to me after talking with my friend who had a procedure done in Turkey and also reading various stories, watching YouTube stories etc. I recently had a consultation at  one of the uk leading establishments and it basically seems I can get the same thing done in Turkey for a fraction of the cost. I’m not as such rushing in to anything and I’m not set to any specific time hence why I’m trying to find out as much information as I can, it’s great you guys are taking the timeout to reply to my original post.
