im sorry, but no way this will get dense and not noticable..and its way too low imo

The 5 time Mr. Olympia bodybuilding winner did a hair transplant at nowhairtime. I think this will not look good, it will definitely not be densed and its too low. Also 5500 grafts at age 28 i readed somewhere.

This thing just doesnt get in my head who convinced him for this clinic? Did they not put any research into it? He has enough money to afford any good doctor and not to be looking for a free hair transplant if they offered it to him.

9 months are here in 3 days...could not be more happy with the results and dr. Pekiner...hair transplant was one of the best spend money in my life and dont regret it zero. You can see my start on the last two pics.

As i wrote in the first post while first hair wash was at Cinic clinic at my first operation was already there on second day (shampoo third day), here i washed my hair first time with water on third day at home and with shampoo first time at 7th day. And the crusts went 2 days faster away now at second time. Maybe its because of this? I dont know.

Its maybe a little too straight, but i dont care now as long as i have full hair. But that was the "mistake" from the first clinic (Dr. Cinic). Dr. Pekiner didnt want to risk pulling hair out because he said that could leave scars and i seem to be a perfectionist.

5 month and 10 says…. curious how much is still coming in next 3 months.

dont worry man… it seams this is normal at this clinic now.

check my text, i did get very little reply even on the day of operation and even when arriving there in the parking garage i thought there could be something off there, since we parked in a dark corner 😀

I was at Atakosk Hotel. I orderer both days spaghetti bolonese. Those were good, but i loved more the food that the women cooked at the clinic. Both days were delicious.

they gave me date last week of december and i sended plane tickets on 29.12, so a few days after. my operation was on 28.2.23

i got confirmation and hotel info a few days after i sended my plane ticket. i didnt have to pay in front for operation, i think they started this a few months ago that you have to do this now, but this is normal at most of clinics since forever. at hotel was all paid, except food i orderer i paid with credit card (breakfast is free). my hotel was also other one that the one written on confirmation email.

I did get zero information  one day before going there i wrote myself where there will be driver and then did i get answer. On the day of operation where i was at the hotel i needed to ask when they come pick me, cause no one came till 12...i wrote then and they repiled they come around 15   when driving there and we parked the car in the car park in the dark corner i thought for a minute i will now get robbed and it was all a scam  so dont be confused if your first impression will be not good, because it will all change when you meet dr. pekiner.

4 months are here...really happy so far...  so happy i went to Pekiner for retouch... i think in 3-4 months i will say Pekiner i love you

i am really sorry i cant deliver you pre and post op pictures, but they didnt send me anything still, i asked 4 times 
i was at hairdresser a week ago and without knowing he said you have been at really good hair doctor right? because it is so different compare to what i see with other people who come here and had an operation.

Just readed on reddit that first free date now is june 2024  apperently a lot of american pacients lately. He is exploding, thats why they probably dont responde to messages anymore almost, cause they have enough. It seems we booked just the right time before the hype. So i guess soon he will have same long waiting lists like other best european doctors.

Makes me really happy he is getting so successfull.

Good donors and he seems to deplete the donor area completely to give coverage to the front. I don’t know how I feel about that having seen a person with a balding donor area and balding at the front too. He does extract in a good way which makes the area look thin all over instead of in certain places.

You seriously think this guy cares about this? He just got a head full of hair at probably 60 years of age while being completely bold for probably more then 20 years. Even if he would get sexual side effects from fin he probably wouldnt care  

but why is Zarev actually so good? has he invented some new technic? whats the catch that he can do such magical things noone did before?

If my only option to have an operation would be to go to a cheap clinic, it would be a hard pick between this clinic or Cosmedica. But today i would save money and go to a doctor who does it all himself. Its just too much of a risk. And its pointless to write those doctors names, because they will have nothing to do with the operation. The technicians will do all the work.

3 month update...nothing happening so far, those are all only old hair from first operation.

his assistent said they will send me pictures after operation, but after they asked on which forum they will be posted and i wrote this one here i got no more reply. I have a feeling like they dont want that i post it here. Or maybe its just typical no response from them, but also when i spoke there with him and he asked me where i did get to know about him and i said here, he said something like "oh, this forum is mostly about selfpromotion of clinics". Cant recall the right words anymore, so dont take it to serious. But was something in this direction.

I dont really care about what happened, since the Pekiner i experienced in real life was amazing (the youtube interview from 2022 you can find will give you a good idea how sympathetic he is) and i really had a total trust i am in professional hands with him. I am happy i choosed him. He is the best choice when it comes up to 3 euros per graft in my opinion. The only one i would maybe consider more for another operation is Dr. Zarev if i would be a rich man and if i would have patience for waiting so long for the operation

But we also need to understand is probably extremly challenging to be such advisor on whatsapp and be constantly bombed with question from people when 80% of them are probably not even serious (just check what crap people write under the comments of the hair transplant clinic results). I think they only reply when they need to fill the calender for new operation dates.

i have two numbers...alex and the guy who is responsible for german pacients, but getting reply is rare. Hell, even on the day of operation there in Ankara i was not sure if i got scammed or i will really get an operation today, cause i didnt get a reply 2 hours before they picked me up  

is it normal to loose hairs from the first operation durring the shock loss phase after the second hair transplant? it seems this happend to me. i am now 2 months and 20 days since second op… so the worst phase… looking terrible

i got an appointment in 2 months because someone cancelled.

I think Bruno Ferreira has muuuch more longer waiting list then Dr. Pekiner. So Ferreira is only an option if you wanna wait longer then 1 year till operation (as far as i remember).

He had already 3 operations. I would not be so harsh, yes it doesnt look perfect, but if you watch his old pictures he would be completely bald without operations today, now he has full hair. As far as i remember his first operation was at turhish hair mill and he got a really bad result yes, but second and third operation were done at good doctors and they made solid repairs. His big mistake was first operation which was done really bad yes.

i can confirm this...i was worried my donor will be visible after already second op, but now 6 weeks after at him its like i didnt have second operation. looks untouched.
