this looks good for technicians work. you seem to be a perfectionist like me so i am sure you will have another hair transplant in next years to make it look more perfect for your taste go then to a doctor who does it all himself. i was also at cinic 3 years ago, had now my "retouch" with dr. pekiner 1 month ago and i think i made a perfect decision.

So i had my second hair transplant with Dr. Pekiner on last day of february and first march. My first was at Dr. Cinic clinic 3 and half years ago (DHI), but i was not happy with the result (especially hairline). They said they took 2600, but Dr. Pekiner said now he thinks they didnt take that much.

I would like to provide you with pictures from the operation, but i still didnt get them from the clinic  will post them as soon as i get since my are not so good quality. I dont know why, i have iphone 14 pro so pictures should look better.

First of all, i didnt get any discount for this review, all i can say is all the positive things on the internet are true. This guy is amazing. I dont know when i meet such a friendly and sympathetic guy in my life. You can check how he talks and his energy on his interview on youtube and you will understand. As i already wrote in some other thread i wish i would have a family doctor like this. So different if i compare to what i experienced at Dr. Cinic clinic where he just quickly draw my hairline in 5 minutes and the technicians did all the other stuff. Here Dr. Pekiner even made some photos himself.
They really take time for everything and you dont have a feeling they want just quickly get over with it. There are people which you afford all the success and money because of their work and Pekiner is one of those. All the experience was good from hotel to food at clinic so dont wanna write much about this. Typical turkey stuff you read in most of reviews and similar experience to first experience at Dr. Cinic clinic here, only that the food was here real food and there only sandwiches. The only minus i can say of this clinic is sometimes they are not very responsive on whatsapp before the operation (maybe only the german guy, dont know). Dr. Pekiner took 1524 grafts in 2 days in 3 sessions all together. Zero pain, except offcourse the injections. Yes its not pleasant, but you will survive. Its only 10-15 min pain, its part of the game unfortunately. I find it much much more painful now that i couldnt do sport 1 month after operation then those 15 min One thing that i noticed was different here is aftercare. While first hair wash was at Cinic clinic already there on second day (shampoo third day), here i washed my hair first time with water on third day at home and with shampoo first time at 7th day. And the crusts went 2 days faster away now at second time.

What i would suggest you urgently if you dont flight home directly from ankara back to your country and you fly first to instanbul to change there for international flight to book a flight where you have more then 1 hour time between to change at instanbul aiport. I had a situation where the flight from ankara to istanbul was 30 min later so i had there only around 30 min to change so i needed to run throught all the big aiport in instanbul for around 20 min and was in total stress there and i got my flight in last minutes. In the situation when i arrived at boarding place i could feel my head was red because i was exausted from 15 min running to get the flight and i was sweating. I hope this will not effect my hair growth, since we should avoid sport activity and sweating durring the first month.

I can only give this advice to all who are considering a hair transplant, please dont try to go the cheapest way, save your money rather for a year or two. Yes, you can have luck and get a solid result with the technicians team somewhere, but you are risking. I regret i didnt choose already first time Pekiner and got a poor hairline because i was watching too much on not pay too much. Today i would go to a doctor who does it all himself, but i am in a solid position to afford this now and i also get people who dont wanna pay too much. So at the end everybody needs to decide which risks he wanna take. And as dr. Pekiner said to me, instagram pictures are useless, dont believe the pics there. You can make every hair transplant look good there.

I have a feeling this will be really great densed result, i hope i am not wrong. Looking forward at then results in around 9 months. First operation i was far away from end result on 6 month mark, i hope this time it goes a little faster.

pictures are 8 days after the operation.. donor area is looking impressive after 1 month, almost no touched as you will see in second post. nobody at work noticed i had a hair transplant, all thought i just shaved my hair. if you think the hairline is to low on the light side something, this is from old hair transplant...dr. pekiner said its better to just pull those hair out later regulary or buzz them, since he could not guarantee removing them would not leave scars.

He is also giving some false informations in his videos like you will see your final result after 6-7 months. I was far away from end result there and most of the people i saw also.

I find very diffrent recommendations on the internet, from 1 month to 4 months. Dr. Pekiner said to me 1 month after hair transplant. Isnt this too soon? Also what do you think about jogging, cycling in the gym with a baseball cap after 1 month? No Problem?

can you send links please what tool you used for microneedling? how many minutes per day you need to do this? i am not familiar with this...wanna try using it also in my first 6 months after hair transplant.

I find very strange that such a well reputed doctor doesn't have proper after pics uploaded...I've tried searching by Neohead clinic and by Pekiner, but truly couldn't find anything solid, only low quality phone pictures taken by patients, which are pretty useless to judge the hairline work properly.

Not trying to be an @ss, just interested to see how good his work is and quite confused to see such a good reputation without high resolution pictures of his work to back it up.

 

I dont know about you, but i find pictures posted by patients much more representitive then pictures posted by clinic. He said himself for example instagram pics by clinics are useless. He can make every transplant there look good or bad if he wants.

I just came back from Dr. Pekiner 3 days ago and all i can say is the hype is real. He is on another level. I dont know when i meet such a friendly and sympathetic guy in my life. I think you need much more then 1600. I had much smaller area to make now and it was 1525.

how many anestesia injections did you get on first day and how many on second? need to prepare for those hard 15 minutes

I was also considering Bisanga for my second OP, but he wanted that i come first to brussels to check how good my donor was since i already had one and if i am a good candidate...so this would be two time travelling and months between checking and operation.

Why would i stop finasteride if i dont have side effects? As i said i am 37 already soon. I think my hairloss stopped now, since i started to loose hair at 24 and it stopped 2 years ago with fin.

Dont you think for this second operation is even less then 1400-1600 grafts neccessary?

You can see on pictures what went wrong, especially on the right side. Poor growth.

Finally i pull the trigger and in 4 weeks i am having my retouch operation with Dr. Pekiner. My first transplant was with Dr. Cinik  clinic and i regret i didnt choose already at that time him, since i was considering, but i was trying not to spend too much money, like always. Love Dr. Pekiners work, so i absolutely trust he will do a good job with this repair/retouch. What would be your suggestions and tips, what suggestions should i give for my hairline if he asks? I want it to look more dense offcourse on the sides so i can style my hair better and maybe try to ask if its possible to take some of the grafts that i marked on the last picture and place them somewhere more back in the hairline (i am pulling them out regulary, so it looks less low then it actually is). You can still see on the third  pic on left side what i mean.

Dr Pekiner said 1400-1600 grafts will be used. My hair loss seams to have stopped in the last 2 years since i take around 0,65mg finasterid daily (i am 37). I am pretty sure this is my last hair transplant, so i will say he can make it dense as much as he can. First OP 2600 grafts was taken. Still not decided if go for shaven or unshaved operation. Will keep you updated.

Is Pekiner not a good choice anymore? I know in the past he was suggested many times here.

On some photos its clearly visible they used fibers or something on photo has been reworked.

I would rely these days only on photos posted by pacients on various forums or youtube videos with very clear material. On instagram almost everything looks good.

Those have so long wait lines... and 5000 euro seams so much money, even thought i have more then enough on my side. But i paid already 3200 for the first one... 8000 Euro all together then with the second one...with this money i could see so much from the world and life...

Pekiner seams like best not expensive alternative, but even he would be around 4000 Euros or more...he made me an offer months ago with 1200 or 1300 grafts, but i forgot since i deleted the message cause at that point i thought its too much (i wrote him again now and i am waiting for answer). The thing is that Dr. Cinik even offered me a free repair, so i could get away with only 1000 euro costs all together.

I had a hair transplant 2,5 years ago, but i am not happy with the result (maybe on this pics it looks solid, but only on this way like on pics it looks styleable, otherwise i cant do much. Thinking to do a touch up end of this year. What do you think, how many grafts would i need this time? First one was 2600 grafts. I am 35 years old and on around 0,6mg Fin every day (still loosing like 20 hairs every day). Pics are from before, after OP and most of those pics are from now. Pekiner is probably my best bet, if i dont wanna spend more then 4000 Euros, right? I hear Bicer suggested many times here, but i am not convinced with the results i saw so far. I know people from my country who had great results with Dr. Akar, but yes, i know its a russian roulette there.

Since i didnt get answer first time i will ask again: if they take grafts in the first row (red marked area) to make the hairline more straight and place those grafts somewhere more backwards, do you see later some scars on the place in the front where they took the grafts out? First picture i did my hair to the right side and second picture is to the other side...you see it looks strange.
