Hi guys, I’m finally uploading my pics on the day of the surgery with dr pekiner and how he transform the ugly hairline that the previous Clinic created with a more dense and more natural hairline and for that I’m grateful, see for yourself and judge and also thnk you for the amazing job that this forum does 

Almost 9 months post my hairline fixed with dr pekiner I had to get a haircut by myself the other day with 4 guard hair clippers cuz of lockdown but I’m happy with how my hair look natural and no one suspected anything although I did a very rush job and I need to do sides a bit shorter and better haha

Anyways Dutasteride0.5mg, Minoxidlmax topical minox 15%/fina and spiro topical have now arrived and ive started these. I will update with honesty if I get side effects. I have nothing to hide and wish everyone the best on their hair journeys but one last time: F$&k DHT.

I’m documenting my experience here without knowing what the result will be also I said I had 1000 grafts and u can see I start posting from the second day post op so u can see, there is nothing shady about my journey I don’t work or I’m affiliated with him,it’s just genuine

how bald were you before surgery ? Appreciate you stated you would not post before photos until 12 months. I would also be interested in seeing you photos before your first surgery and after first surgery. 

Thnk you man as I said I will post pics after the 12 months from pre op, I haven’t even seen them myself.

the work was on my Corners and hairline as u can see from my post op pics

I've just one observation to do. On your right side (the side with the puma logo) I think you have a gap between native and transplanted hair.
The gap was visibile to me on the first pic right after the procedure. 
 

There is a very small gap indeed but I expect more growth in the upcoming months it’s getting better everyday, good point though !!

I chose Dr. Kaan because I needed to extract 2000 grafts from the beard to get more density in my bald crown and Kaan is the King of beard mega sessions. He managed to get 1888 grafts from my beard. 

If I didn’t need a beard mega session I would have stayed in Portugal and went to Dr. Bruno Ferreira (he gave the best diagnosis I have ever received).

Just a little over 4 months and safe to say I’m so happy with my choice to go with Dr. Kaan pekiner, my hair ain’t perfect but they are so much better than before and I got another 8 months to go also so natural, happy new year everyone and I hope 2020 find everyone with more hair

Yes also I think ximena vila was the one that did the hair transplant on dr Lorenzo, so yeah recommending those two u should Recomend the king as well dr Jose Lorenzo

In the whole of Turkey there are only 2 Doctors that tick those boxes, Dr. Kaan Pekiner (2.15€/graft) and Dr. Kesser.

Run as fast as you can from all the Turkish low cost and all inclusive hair mills with techs doing all the work because your results will depend on the techs doing your surgery and most of them are getting paid minimum wage 300bucks/month (some clinics even hire Siryan refugees and paid them even less than minimum wage). 

Some people will tell you to go to Asmed (Dr. Koray Erdogan) but this clinic is also tech run, at most the Doctor will shake your hand if he’s there on the day of your surgery. Though they are known to have good techs. 

In Europe you won’t find any world class doctors with a better price than Dr. Ximena Villa (2,5€/graft) and Dr. Bruno Ferreira (2,5€/graft).

Good choices but I’d definitely consider dr Jose Lorenzo

Thnk you I’m very pleased so far 3,5 months post op...I do have pre op photos from the clinic but haven’t seen them yet cuz is not a good look, I’ll check them and post them maybe on my 12 month mark
