Yeah by sounds of it im gonna need to get on the meds soon ,going to find out how to get fin in the UK and start it this week. I was always  under the impression you take it when you start to lose hair.

Okay I will try fin , I just haven’t taken it yet as I honestly don’t think I’m losing hair was born with this messed up hairline.

What medication do you recommend ? And should I take it even if I’m not losing hair ? I’ve had this hairline from birth. My brother is the same , he’s 36 now and with a receded hairline he’s had from birth.

You're way too young and if you use up all the grafts to attempt fixing the hairline, you won't have the the grafts needed for when the hair does fall out. I'm sure plenty of folks here who had multiple transplants here before 25 will attest to that danger.

I’d love to get my money back off this clinic and spread awareness on there terrible ethics and morals. Seems they prey on young men which is the worst thing.

Was FueClinics , I know I’m dumb for going through with it but I was young and I voiced my concerns too them and they assured me it’s common thing for people that young(I recently found out that someone I know my age had one done by same clinic when he was 21) they used 1809 grafts for my frontal hairline so I should have plenty of donor and don’t think I’ll lose much more as dad and brother both had similar situation. I just really struggle with confidence now due to this transplant. I feel with 509 grafts my problem would be fixed. Just really really sucks man if I knew what I do now I’d of waited till I was 23-25 and gone to a too surgeon.

Hi guys I’m 22 now and need to get surgery to cover up the awful transplant I had when I was 18. 
 

I haven’t started to lose any hair still so I’m not on any fin or minox. Was born with a widows peak and receded temples. Anyway I had a fue when I was 18 at a UK clinic ( stupid asf I know) but I’ve never been happy with my result , the transplant lacks density and instead of helping to frame mt face I feel it does the opposite as I’m constantly wearing a fringe to cover it. 
I know a lot of clinics will consider you when you’re 23 years of age so would like to get recommendations for the best surgeon to go too. 

Anyone know the waiting time for Dr Keser? 

Yes I totally get where your coming from that’s why I’m in such a predicament but can’t I just start taking finasteride? 
 

this is why I’m reluctant because of future top ups needed but I spoke to the clinic and they believe I’ll have close too 8000 if not more grafts available and my dad has quite a lot of hair for his age he’s 55 now and my older brother has similar hair to me born with slight widows peak and receded temples he’s now late 20’s with no further recession. 
 

do you not think 300 grafts may do the trick for me?

Has anyone here had a transplant before the age of 25 and if so how was your experience , do you regret it or not.

Yeah I’ll attach some in normal lighting , i just feel that I’m only a few hundred grafts away from being satisfied so waiting until I’m 25 won’t make too much difference as I’ve already had 1800 or is that not the way too look at it

Yes I know most clinics don’t but I’ve seen many people post on here about having it done in there early 20’s and then saying it was the best decision they’ve made. Also I have quite thick hair just sadly was born with temples far back and a widows peak.

Not many clinics will do anything due to only being 21 , also I feel like the work they’ve done so far has been good. I was thinking only maybe another 300 grafts may give me the coverage I want but I’m not sure. 

FUE Clinics in the UK. How many grafts do you think would be needed to fix this. 

Sadly I don’t have any , have requested them off the clinic now. It was to build my hairline as I had a widows peak. Do you think the hairline looks okay though? I feel it looks unnatural and quite sparse.

What do you guys think of my HT , this was over two FUE procedures as first one didn’t really work , total of 1821 grafts. And how many more grafts do you think I’d need for it too look better in harsh lighting , thanks.

The title says it all , want to have a little 300 graft FUE top up 11 months after my previous FUE as from then onwards I won’t be able to get it done for nearly a year due to other commitments is this possible?

You are very young and I will say what you probably don't want to hear: hold off and see your hair evolve over next 2-5 years 

I’ve had around 1200 grafts so far as the first 600 didn’t take very well , think because I smoked not long after surgery (yes I know I’m stupid) but I was planning on only have 300 more grafts just to add a little bit of density to my pre existing transplant area. Then in 4-5 years of have receded anymore I can have FUT

Like you said you are very young, but this looks like the beginning not the end or a last procedure - you should see a dermatologist or reputable hair transplant doctor -preferrably not the one you saw when you were 18, research doctors here. Have them do a scalp analysis to gauge how much hair miniaturization you've already had and discuss getting you on finasteride to help protect your existing hairs. The back of your hair from the pics, the donor and crown areas still look good, but you want to conserve and protect as much of that as possible for down the road.

 

My temples have always been receded , I’ve had this hair since I was born and the arrows you’ve drawn are where I’ve had a previous transplant so that would be thinner. That’s why I got a transplant so young because imagine being born with an already receded hairline it’s hard to deal with lol. I don’t have many photos to show this but you can see in this one I’ve attached below that my hair was way back and I’m only 9-10 years old in this photo

I’m only 20 and I’ve previously had Fue at just 18 , I was really struggling with not hair loss but simply being born with a very far back widows peak. I want to have another procedure just to add some density to my hairline as I’m still a bit self conscious about my hairline and I think I may only need 200-300 grafts to fix this. 

I know people won’t recommend this because of my age , but I haven’t had a unnatural and stupidly low hairline put in place , I’ve had just a little bit added at the front of my hairline to shape my head a bit better. I’m just worrying if/when I do lose more hair I won’t have enough donor hair available too fix this , however I do have quite fix hair and my donor area looks pretty untouched from my previous procedure. I have had 2 so far as my first one failed , had may only 20% growth but my second procedure has gone really well and only used 600 grafts.
