I had a 3 year follow up with Dr Diep a few months ago. He asked me for permission to film a few You Tube clips to highlight my Ht I gladly agreed since I was pleased with my result. I joked and said “are you uploading these this Friday? He replied he has patient testimonies backed up 2 years time. Diep is the only one showing receipts He is the only HT Dr who has thousands of real patient videos and consistently uploads weekly from blacks, trans, Indian/Asians and dorks like me lol. Removing Dr Diep off this Forum is like kicking Jeter off the Yankees. I vote No

Dr Diep has not only performed two of my procedures I have a final booked in March. I have referred 4 friends/co workers and they all praise him on their results. He has over 20 years of time on tissue and thousands of testimonies online. I trust he has the best intentions on his patients. I also believe some of the post on here are coming from competitors of other clinics. I Vote NO.

Dr Diep is the real deal and a very nice guy. I had two fut procedure by him the First was 5k grafts which completely changed my life. Two years later I went for a second pass just because I was having the “Hair greed” lol and did another fut 3k grafts. My biggest fear was the scar and that it would look unnatural. The scar is barely visible and I get compliments on my hair all the time. You are in great hands with the clinic. Good luck with your procedure!

I’ll be honest. I’ve fallowed a lot of people with black hair on YouTube. This is probably the best hair line I’ve seen. Temporal points frame the face perfectly. It’s only going to get thicker month 2 month

Your donor area looked just like mine. Typical for the area to look thin with all the bacteria ointment. Dr Diep has a video where he explains all this in great detail. I would just focus on keeping the area clean with the specific shampoo the office gives you. You can transition to baby shampoo. Once the grafts are secure on the 8th day it becomes a much smother ride.

I did a mega session (over 5k) grafts a few years ago. Had a incredible result. Me being a freak I just wanted to do a second pass just to refine mid scalp and crown. Second procedure was 3k grafts. To answer your question I believe they just slice a strip below the original taking out the old scar. Takes a full year for the scar to heel so I’m going to just play it safe and avoid anything that can stretch the scar. I just looked in the mirror and even with wet hair with bright light it is hard to see. You will have a great outcome. Your hair line placement looks fantastic and you can tell he dense packed the area so you will have great coverage

Hey Mate! I also did fut with Dr Diep 2 procedures. My second being performed Jan 19. Just for reinsurance I just buzzed my hair down to a 2 guard and i can barely see the scar. I have a little shock loss but that always recovers after few months.

I’m on my 6 week with my produce. You can still get back to dating just need to be good at BSing for a few months. I told a girl that I saw that I had a horrible mountain biking accident and that I needed to wear a beanie to hide the stitches. Once spring hits we will all be rocking baseball caps anyways. 😂

Looks very good so far! Just make sure you stay safe at home for the first 10 days. The scar area always looks worse the first month but it will heal great. Just avoid any extreme head movements and heavy lifting. Dr Diep has been producing incredible results so get ready for a really nice frame and thick head of hair. I will love to see your progress
