I try too, the lighter the better the overall shape of the hairline is good just the density isn’t
That is an easier fix than the other way around so that's good.

No don’t have the budget for it right now and although I do agree that the wait times might coincide with when I want to do another surgery hair fibers will have to do for now
You use them well so that will hold you off for as long as you need.

Looking great! And you still have plenty of thickening up to go.
Honestly if I saw you walking past me I wouldn't give any attention to your hair.

Seems to be a higher % of average results than good results with Dr Mwamba these days. I personally wouldn't have him on the recommended list.
@Dillpickle123 have you reached out to any other surgeons to find out costs to get the result you need?
I would probably look at someone like Ferreira or Pinto. They do have fairly long wait times which could potentially give you enough time to save $.

@mister_25 I would personally look at a different surgeon for your next procedure.
From that list I would choose Fuegenix first if you can afford this, and if not, either Pinto or Ferreira who are both excellent.
Best to start booking in consultations as they are so busy these days.

Look at the forum where most of his work is shown and you will be able to see for yourself why most people put him in the top 5-10 surgeons in the world.
-
The only 2 surgeons I would personally look at would be Dr Pittella or Dr Zarev.
They are the best NW6/7 surgeons in the world.
Dr Pittella seems a lot easier to connect with so you can reach out through this platform and organise a zoom consultation. He is extremely honest will let you know what is possible .
I haven't seen one poor or even average result from him.

Not everyone is lucky enough to extracted more than 10000 grafts. Congratulations!
Looks like he could take another 10,000 out and still look fine.

I hope he is doing well too. He seems like the type of person who will make calculated moves and work his way through to a good result.
Can't see him giving up before he reaches a good outcome.
Dr K is excellent so if you have the $ he is one of the men to see for any complex case.

How are you feeling compared to how you felt before you had the procedure?
Has it given you more confidence or made you feel any different?

Will give it a go tomorrow! As everyone should have expected, my density isn’t super high, so I’ll have to decide if I’ll eventually want to add SMP to increase illusion of density. Or just try other things like fibers. I’m not going to obsess too much over it though because even just coming this far has been fulfilling.
Looks good when you keep the sides short.
I would probably lean towards SMP as then you don't have to worry about weather, swimming, if someone touches your hair or spending too much time getting it ready.

Damn how are there no replies to this.
Looking spectacular. Love the texture he's been able to create.
My surgery is next year, looking forward to it.

Doubt this will need a 2nd pass. That's why you go with Dr Konior or Dr Ahmad.

Great choice. What is the strategy from Dr Nader regarding the low hairline, misangled grafts and doubles/triples?
Any plans to remove any of these grafts?

Didn't know him actually, quite interesting !
He is one of the best surgeons in the world so I'd definitely have a consultation with him and see how he can help.

I would reach out to Dr Pekiner

Tony has every right to be completely dissatisfied with the expectations he was set, the final result and finally, the after care.

Hello!
not much going on. Dr Sethi sent me a message that he was in Philly if I wanted to meet him but it was short noticed and I was in LA.
Decided to look into another Dr next year who’s good with density
Any names on your shortlist?

Couto would be a great choice too. Could have a nice holiday in Spain and enjoy the beaches and sites for a week and then go for surgery.
