FUE performed on a 37-year old Caucasian male with • NW III Vertex • Donor density of 84 FU/cmÇ occipital, 80 FU/cmÇ parietal, 72 FU/cmÇ temporal • Hair diameter of ~52-56 microns Treatment plan Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the vertex area. Performed procedure FUE (June 26, 2018) Follicular Unit Extraction with 2760 FU: * 1104 double hair FU * 1656 triple hair FU Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.85 mm). Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.85 mm serrated trumpet punch. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.

Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and the midhead section. 2. Follicular Unit Extraction to restore the crown area. Performed procedures 1. FUE (December 3, 2015) with 2852 FU * 500 single hair FU * 976 double hair FU * 1376 triple hair FU Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.85 mm). Extraction performed with a 0.8 mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle. 2. FUE (June 5, 2018) with 3016 FU * 457 single hair FU * 1437 double hair FU * 1122 triple hair FUE Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.9 mm). Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.85 mm serrated trumpet punch. Medical therapy with Finasteride 1 mg from 2015 to 2017. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.

Performed procedure: FUE (April 27, 2018) Follicular Unit Extraction with 1616 FU: * 499 single hair FU * 1117 double and triple hair FU Macrostrips. Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0.7-0.85 mm). Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.85 mm serrated trumpet punch. No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.
