Thank you @Curious25 Dr. Feriduni has 15 years of experience in FUE. Since 2015 he is performing on a daily basis FUE cases between 3000 and 4000 FU's if necessary, depending on the patient's hair characteristics, hair/FU-density per cm2 and hair caliber. This is a slow process in increasing the amount of FU over the years.

Donor preservation is always our first goal. The upper part (zone 4 and 5) is placed in high density, the lower part is filled in with low/medium density. This in order to create a natural degree of density. Hair loss occurs downwards and indeed, @Melvin-Moderator as the hair is grown out, it will cover that area. We have also discussed a potential rethickening surgery with our patient after 1 year, when necessary. Attached an example of similar case.
