I just wanted to show how finasteride has helped my very lower horseshoe (coronet ) which wasn’t transplanted into ..I’d almost argue my donor is more robust now post 5600 scalp grafts than pre op...hairs are darker and visibly thicker
what’s more ..Dr Sethi needs to now be mentioned in the same breath as Konior and Wong for crowns ...very very few Doctors In my humble opinion could have achieved what he has managed to do with regard to my extreme one pass case .

It’s difficult to compare because of the difference in light and in hair length between the 2 photos. As you all know both light and hair length make a big difference. -

Hey,
What are the reviews on Dr resul yaman?
Why is he cheaper than other well known doctors in TurkeyBecause surgery is done mainly by technicians similar to any cheap HT clinic in Turkey.

Don’t play dumb, you posted that we only cared about sponsorship and wouldn’t remove a surgeon. We have removed two surgeons last year. That is denigrating the forum with misinformation and lies. I’m sorry you’re not happy with your results, you’re free to post about why you’re unhappy all you want. But I will not tolerate you spreading lies.
There is no surgeon that could pay any amount of money to keep their recommendation. We do not have any contracts with any of our surgeons, we reserve the right to terminate any surgeon at any given time, and vice versa. This has all been clearly stated over and over. Attempts to state otherwise are pure slander.
You adding things to what I said. At the end it’s just a HT forum ! -

I did not warn you about sharing your experience. I warned you about your spamming the forum with your countless Norwood 7 doom and gloom threads. You were creating at least 3-4 a week. You were warned because you were unfairly maligning and denigrating out forum.
I do not appreciate you being disingenuous about the reason why I warned you. I have never warned anyone about sharing their reviews whether good or bad.
I received the warning when I asked if Yaman and other doctors are paying the forum to keep their recommendation. I don’t see this question as denigration to the forum.

Again, I am still not sure why this clinic is recommended by this forum. I said this before you based on my bad experience. I just wanted to warn people not to do the same mistake but I received a warning from the forum moderator.
I went to him and I am sure many others did the same based on this forum. The surgery is mainly done by technicians as in any cheap HT clinic in Turkey. The doctor does not know English and doesn’t have time for you as they are doing many cases at the same time.
I posted my bad results here. All the wrong things that you can imagine. Unnatural hairline, double hairs in the hairline, wrong hair directions, poor density and depleted scarred donor area. And when I contacted the clinic they refused to refund my operation cost and offered a second operation which I refused.
I think this forum should help people to avoid going to those clinics and not the opposite ! -
Have you tried to shave your head first ?

Thanks for the warning and the answers !
I just asked 2 questions and I think it’s the right of any forum member to ask questions and to understand how this forum works !

I had a bad result with Yaman but the clinic refused to refund and offered me a free second operation which I refused. May be I need to post my results here.

I do see Dr. Yaman responded in the thread and did offer support, which is good. That said, there is no perfect surgeon. I’ve heard great things about Dr. Bicer, definitely worth consulting with both in my opinion.
Why Yaman is still recommended on this forum with all these bad results ?
What are the criteria for doctors recommendation and do they pay any money or contribution to the forum?
It’s important to know as many users are choosing surgeons based on this forum recommendations.

Hello guys,
I was very busy last months and was occupied with some personal issues so didn't find time to post my progress here.
I was in contact with the clinic the whole year to monitor the progress.
For those who don't know my story, I suffer hair loss more than 20 years, from the age of 18.
From a very young age I lost all of my hair very rapidly and became slik bald full NW7 at the age of 27.
I had 3 FUE sessions before my last one with Eugenix. The first one for 4200 grafts with a doctor who was the FUE pioneer in India in 2004 which ended up very bad with no growth. I felt frustrated and after 1.5 year I contacted that doctor who could not tell what went wrong and invited me for another session which further depleted my limited donor and again provided no growth.
I tried to get over with it and accept my nw7 baldness. After that I completely shaved my head but my bald head bothered me so much and affected my self confidence. I couldn't see myself in the mirror. Those of you that lost all of their hair in their 20's know exactly what I am talking about and how much it affects you. I became depressed and tried to get another session. All major clinic refused me for any further session but then a known and veteran doctor from India offered me 3k grafts session from my left over donor. I went to his clinic and got the procedure done, but after 6 months I realized the transplanted hair not growing as expected and I was fully frustrated. At the end I can say that barely 1K grafts grew. Again I shaved my head and felt sorry for myself. Last year I realized that beard hair can provide good results so I search clinic over the net and saw many clinic results. Most of clinics refused me.
One of the clinic that was standing out in my reseach was Eugenix which presented lots of incredible results of severe cases in their youtube chanel and after calculating all aspects I decided to go with them. Since last procedures left me with no scalp donor, Dr. Arika had to use my beard and groin hair, only few hundreds grafts were extracted from my scalp. This time it was completly different my hair started to grow immidiatly after the procedure and I could see big changes even after 4 months.
Granted, my hair is not full and dense. The crown area is still sparse but I have an acceptable coverage in the front and mid scalp.
I'll discuss with the clinic about another session for my crown and sides, maybe put a bit more from beard and body hair and try to extract more from scalp and replace those empty donor spots with smp.
I keep my back and sides very short to minimize the density contrast between donor and recipient areas. Why you don’t try to grow it longer ?
it should give better coverage.

hi @Seniormido actuall my temples have receded back abnormally.almost cm away from what they assume as the permanent zone. so Dr.Arika suggested me to have decent temples so that my odd looking temple zone will be corrected!
I can understand now. We didn’t see your pre photos. Would you mind sharing some ?
-
Is it essential to have these temple points ?
I always think that the native hair might recede behind them in the future !

What the best ratio when mixing scalp with beard grafts? 1:1 ?

I can see that most people who have small heads get better results!

What do you guys think for Tretinoin? Supposedly it is a minoxidil booster that helps converting non responders into responders of the drug.
Tretinoin is retinoic acid or synthetic vitamin A. It’s used for acne.
-
What about Nonoxidil ?!
-
From your photos I see that they used all your donor area (NW 6). I guess but not sure if the other clinics calculated the available grafts in your NW 7 area which is smaller to avoid the small risk of hair loss progression to NW7 ?
The question is at what age did you reach your current pattern of hair loss and was it stable or still progressing?

Sides dont look good either. Very diffuse thinning.
Again, if you have good beard and chest hair you might be able to pull off a BHT/Scalp hair result
If the sides and the crown drop too much this will need more and more grafts !

So you’re trying to convince us that having doubles in hairline, wrong hair angles, poor planning, depleted donor and poor density are normal and expected things after HT?
