  1. Where would you guys put me in the Norwood scale? Also, how would you rate progress at this stage in the game?
  2. BigBill, I didn't document my first procedure very well. Check out the blog images. Its the best I can do. Some parts of the scar had to be at least 1/4 inch. Now on the right side its slightly thicker. On the left its actually thinner than before.
  3. Hello everyone, I started losing hair in my early to mid twenties. Did some research and decided to go with Dr. Albert in PA. He was extremely charming and personable. A hair transplant client himself. I did a 1600 FUT with him. 6 years later, after careful considerations I decided to go with Dr. Lindsey, A recommended Dr. He was very honest and went right to the point. His staff is very friendly and his cutters are top notch. The new strip he cut was longer then the old scar by a couple of inches. That 2 inch of 'new scar' looks fantastic - very thin. Dr Lindsey and his staff was able to produce 3180 FUT. This was a very pleasant surprise. Wish everyone trying to improve their appearance good luck.
  4. Very nice results, and to think that now you'll have that much fewer hairs to shave in the morning.
  5. Very nice results. Congratulations. In the recent pictures how did you get such detail close-ups? What kind of camera did you use?
  6. 618 should give you real nice coverage - good wishes.
  7. Hear you loud and clear. I also plan on eventually covering mine. I have a long way to go first. How many FU/FUE did it take to fill it in?
  8. Just might send my Dr's techs a little christmas stocking this year Question is will they remember me the next time around?
  9. Interesting never thought of that. What concerns me is the rotation and anonymity of the techs. I good doctor might remain in office for years and have great techs, but if theres a rotation and 'weaker' people are put on all we're left with is the doctors good name?
  10. So basically it sounds like its up to the cutters. Maybe there should be a coalition for cutters as well as doctors.
  11. I went through 4 years of military wearing my scar. It was by far the toughest and most mentally challenging time of my life. A lot of those 4 yrs were spent in lines. All kinds of lines. My mind never once was at peace. Why did I join with the scar? Can't say, but I do know that if there is a God he has awarded me for my discomforts. Nowadays it feels great having my hair long concealed from the world. My real scar for life is probably the one inside.
