    Hi, Can anyone recommend what strength and brand of biotin I should take post HT? Also is it worth taking other vitamins like MSM or Folic Acid as well? Thank you

    Hi, I've been advised to take Xpecia as I don't want to take finasteride. It's contains Saw Palmetto, does this cause sexual problems like finasteride as it also blocks DHT? Cheers

    I'm in the same situation! Dr Yaman has suggested 3250 grafts at 1 Euro per graft while Dr Karadeniz has suggested 5000 grafts at 3000 euros, seems to cheap to be true!

    I'm not planning to take finasteride either but happy to use minoxidil. Does finasteride help the growth of newly planted hairs?

    Yeah price doesn't always equal quality! It's a difficult decision but I'll have to make it soon as want it early next year!

    Thank you all! I'm learning towards Dr Yaman as I believe he is the only approved Dr for this site of the 3? I don't really know what requirements they are approval tho

    Thank you. I thought Dr Cinik seemed a bit too cheap! The others have both quoted the same amount of grafts so that doesn't concern me but Dr Yaman only does the incisions and not the extractions or placement, is that normal?

    Hi, Can have some opinions on which Dr to use please? Dr Yaman proposes 45-50 grafts per cm squared at 1 Euro per graft Dr Demirsoy proposes 25-40 grafts per cm squared at 1.25 Euro per graft Dr Cinik proposers 60-70 grafts per cm squared at 2000 euros for whatever the number of grafts (seems a bit too good to be true??) Either of the above is fine cost wise but unfortunately my budget want stretch to the 2.5 Euro Per graft clinics Thank you in advance

    I'm only taking a few days off work for the operation so I can't really hide it either way I think! I'll probably leave it upto Dr Yaman but can imagine he will will want me to shave it

    Thanks! I'm thinning in places too which is part of the reason I thought they would need to do a full shave to get the most density. I would rather keep my surgery as discreet as possible as well so it would be interesting to see what Dr Yaman says. Please let me know what he says. Thanks and good luck too!

    Yeah I'm pretty much the same, people don't think I need a hair transplant with the way I style my hair, but I know the truth! Yeah I've asked (but not direct with surgeon) and they said I don't have to but recommended it. Guess I'll just wait until the day and see what he says! I know what you mean, I'm planning surgery just after my holiday and so I have 6-8 months to recover for my next one!

    Thanks Shanson and Bill. It's no problem shaving my head when it comes to work, I just think I won't suit but sounds like it's worth doing in the long run! Cheers

    Hi, I'm pretty close to agreeing a Ht with Dr Resul Yaman and they have said they don't have to fully shave my head if I don't want to and it and agreed the same price per graft. Shaving my head is a bit scary (worried it won't grow back like it is and don't think I'll suit it) but are there any benefits from doing so, like better density, less shockloss etc? Cheers

    Thanks Mikey Asmed Impressed me with their responses but haven't had a quote from Dr Resul Yaman yet (only emailed him yesterday) so guess it's wait and see!

    I don't really know what's expensive for a Ht to be honest but been told I need 3500 grafts, that's roughly ?7500 with asmed but ?3000 ish with Resul Yaman! Is Asmed that much better?

    Cheers, will see if I can do an online consultation with him first! The price difference worries me a bit, hopefully it's just because Dr Koray is expensive!
