In Europe and in Turkey all speak good about Serkan Aygin . Why do u say this?

you said he's the best in turkey and they all say that there, we've had a Turk come on here and say the opposite, he's not very popular among Turkish patients, he has a small following in the Italian forum but if you follow it, you'll see it's way behind the likes of dr Koray and Keser and even Pekkiner at this stage. If you're a fan of his work fair enough, if you think he's the best in turkey, that's your opinion but don't try to promote him by saying that everybody is saying the same as you are because we know it's not true. I'm not saying anything negative about the doctor I'm just saying not everybody is saying what you're saying so it is disingenuous to say that.

The best doctor for me in Turkey is Doctor Serkan Aygin and all say this in Turkey.

I didn't make a judgement good ,bad or indifferent as to the success of the transplant, merely commented that it's nice to compare like with like when evaluating the success of a procedure ..

didn't you? you said the point here is that without an apple to apple comparison " it's hard to know"... right after that you said it's obviously been a success but before that you didn't know...so that's why I commented, it does the clinic a disservice on what was good work...I think it is pretty clear from the pre op to the final result much progress was made. I get what you're saying, ideally that's what we'd want to see and I'm with you on that, but you can still make out the change here, that's all I tried to get across.

Hello PMA - Congratulations on your journey. Looks amazing.

Am from the UK as well and looking at Lorenzo for crown work. If you have some time could you please help on some of the questions I have:

 

1) Does the clinic help arrange a hotel near to them?

2) Does the clinic have a service where they pick you up from the hotel, airport and so on? It would just help I guess to have that arrangement.

3) Does Dr Lorenzo do the extractions and implanting - I am assuming that he does the incision?

4) I guess you stayed close to the clinic, what were the rates you paid for the hotel?

5) Is the clinic far from the airport?

1. Yes, if you're over 2k grafts the hotels included, under 2k grafts it's on you. It's like 80ish euros per night if its on you but I did 2100 grafts and they threw in 2 nights hotel.

2. The hotel provides a shuttle directly to the clinic and back, there are usually multiple Lorenzo patients in the hotel so you'll get to know others and hop in the shuttle with them.

3. Lorenzo does implanting, his girls do the extraction. He uses an implanter pen so it's a 1 step process to implant, no incisions done.

geez you guys like to nitpick, this is clearly a successful transplant. If he grew it out preop it may have shown a bit more hair but it would've looked like crap or he wouldn't have chosen to go with the "bald" look. You don't get a transplant if your hair looks great pre op. He went from unhappy to happy, and that for any patient is the win, and that's the real point here.

Looking at the cost of him though isn't it like 8$ per graft? I'd still be saving a ton of money by flying out to Turkey and just going to ASMED.

Would you put Dr. Koniors in the same league as Dr. Erdogan?

So how would you rank Dr. Cooley, Dr. Konior, Dr. Diep, and Dr. Hassan from best to worst for consistent great fue results?

I think Koniors just the best doc in the us via fut or fue so he's my 1.

I think I prefer Dr Hassons fue of late over Diep so hes' my 2 in the us

right behind is Dr Diep

and then Cooley just because I haven't been able to find a lot of examples of Cooley fue. I know and met guys who have had fue with the others and seen the work up close, can't say the same for Cooley fue. I have seen his fut results up close and they are world class so I think he's an amazing doc but I just wish I had more of his fue results to go off of. As such I'd rate the other 3 above him.

Whats with Dr Lindsey if I may ask?

Combination of feedback I've received and his work, I think he's a solid doc but I wouldn't put him in my list of elite docs, but that list is subjective his work may be that for you...but combined with the feedback I've heard which i'd rather not get into specifically, it just makes him not someone I'd feel comfortable recommending. Nor do I think fue his is specialty anyway, I think he is primarily an fut doc.

I assume you are talking fue if you're talking Dr Erdogan. In the US for fue in Erodgans league, maybe a couple. I think the world of Dr Cooley but haven't see enough of his fue work to say it's in that league. No comment on Dr Lindsey which is probably comment enough.

Dr Konior. Dr Diep if you're intent on the US, if you're open to Canada, dr Hassons fue has put up stunning results recently and is really impressing me i'd look at those 3 on this side of the world otherwise get to Europe.

Beard, nape, chest hairs should be a last resort. It does not look natural at all imo. Im talking from experience. My hair looks terrible right now. I am hoping it is rectified soon. Yield is off and it looks worse.

If you get body hairs, beard, nape, chest, etc, you probably need to forfeit propecia forever. Not only that, you wont be able to take certain supplements for health.

interesting Dr Konior posted fairly recently about using nape hair for hairline softening. He thought they were valuable in many cases and not a last resort option. Beard and chest hair I would agree should be a last resort in the event your scalps no longer viable.

I hear ya, as said, I'm not a specialist on Hattingen myself, I generally trust Gasthroers eye enough that if i were looking at fut I'd take a look at a doc he thinks highly of but if you can't find patients then, I agree it's not worth the risk.

DeVroyes a talent, I do think it comes down to client demographic with him, Bisanga and Feriduni market far more heavily than he does and they have forum reps so they've got a sort of tech team pushing the brand online so you're going to catch the eye of younger more tech savvy patients who are more likely to post. DeVroye seems to get an older more established client that is less likely to splash his pics online but he's thought well of among the community of docs I talked to. Much more so than names that I hear bandied around on the forums as great docs. I would definitely get that consult with DeVroye and see what your feeling is in person, I don't think you'd make a wrong choice with any of the 3 Belgians honestly. I have personal experience with Bisanga, having had my first fue with him and think very highly of him so it's a good choice you have here, just go with the one you feel most comfortable with, and response time is important, that does add to the comfort level, you want to know if something goes sideways you can get your doc.

Unfortunately I think you know them all Trix, you've been at this a while and it's the same names, Feriduni, Bisanga, DeVroye. If you want to hit the uk, Dr Ball is good, and if you venture over to the german forums, Gasthroer is high on a clinic called Hattingen so they might be worth a look to see if they interest you but you're likely choosing between the same cast you've been choosing from all along.

BTW I hesitated a long time with Erdogan, but that I preferred feriduni compared to the distance, despite the price more expensive.

I'm not sure how much anyone gets from prp either but I will say that I do think only some clinics are doing it correctly, so if you're going to do it, stick to docs like Cooley for it and from what I've heard from one of his patients, he was told by Dr Cooley the most likely patients to benefit from it would be diffuse patients so unless you've got money to burn and are diffuse and going to Cooley I think you're safe to bypass but it's not going to hurt you if you decide to use it, you may just ultimately not get much benefit from it.

That may be true, but Yaman doesn't deserve the bad comments since from the start he held his hand up and offered to rectify this problem few months back. It looks like Chev has now gone back and received a 2nd HT with a 10/10 rating.

He deserved the bad comments cause the work was subpar and if this makes up for that then this thread will be valuable to future patients for his willingness to stand behind his work. Let it play out. Until this grows out can we lose the ratings.

The discussion has already been had, but I totally agree with almost everything you said Gas, and the point made about opting for the muscly, bald bearded roidhead is too absurd for the people asserting it to actually believe it. I think its clear i didnt ever say hair wasnt important if i felt that way i wouldn't have gone thru 2 myself. I said for those who cant get work done life doesnt have to be over. Gas was talking as if the only guys getting interest were the francos goslings of the world. Hair is important but if you're one of those just fucked by genetics you have to maximize your assets. Get into decent shape which doesnt mean jacked just not dumpy. Dress well. Just dont give women another reason to look past you.

There are for sure some women attracted to the Vin Diesel types. There is a matching piece for everyone. You mostly find this women in dedicated fitness studios or clubs. I used to know a couple of women like that. But I guess the major reason that these guys are famous is, that boys (!) who watch action movies like them. Most women I know laugh about these guys and/or find them disgusting.

 

One the other hand: The ones I mentioned a fancied by million (actually billion) of women from any age all over the world and their hair is a major part of that.

 

And the most important part: Besides this type of men not being attractive to women (in my social environment), most men cannot get this bulky without roids. And then I prefer FIN and my hair. And many men cannot grow an nice beard either.

Stathom is probably smaller than the first 4 guys I mentioned and the same build as Efron but somehow he's unappealing and they're not? The only difference is hair and it isn't as big a deterrent to as many women as we make it out to be. That's our own personal bias as we're obsessed with our own hair.

Which girl is sitting around telling her bf or male friend every guy she'd like to fuck. I never said you were wrong that women fancy the guys you mentioned, they do. I also never said get tanned buff and grow a beard, I didn't say anything about that at all but if you can't have hair all is not lost there is absolutely a market all you can do is maximize your assets the best you can.
