I think I might also try contacting ukhairsystems.com as I have about had it with TCP... my fear is that all of these websites popping up are really only reselling things one can easily order off sites. I even wonder if TCP themselves don't just do the same thing. I'm not sure if I believe the whole "European Hair" thing from ukhairsystems.com, frankly. I wish I'd been told how much maintenance is really behind these Ultra Thin Skin @ 0.03mm systems...
