Looking at you’re pics I would say this is a case of both over harvesting and shock loss combined. The shock loss will improve in time, only then can we see just how much they over harvested.

Regrowth no, that scar won’t have any hair follicles to regrow at present. A scar revision would hopefully close it up better.. 

Some people will have BHT grafts placed in to the scar, others may have scar revision. I have had a scar revision on mine and while it improved it’s far from perfect, I am looking at getting Beard grafts implanted next.

Dr Laorwong and Dr Path are both very good options, plenty of results from both patients and the clinics themselves here on the forum.

Dr Keser only does a low amount of grafts per day, personally i think both him and Dr Pekiner are doing the best work in Turkey. Dr Yaman is ok for affordable/Dr not all tech involvement but doesn’t compare in terms of results.

I was told she does her operations herself and not technicians.

Choose someone who specialises in just doing hair transplants, someone that’s got consistent/reliable results, not a unknown that you can’t find many results for.

This looks like a hit and run post. They are definitely not “the best in the business” Cinik is a hair mill with usually no Dr involvement, it is one of the better mills though.
