Looks really good to me, great design and his usual refined/meticulous work.

Sorry that you was duped, this is really poor as you’re already aware. With a Norwood 7 pattern and such extensive loss it would have taken multiple hts/BHT and great skill to get a acceptable result. What’s happened here is poor planning, a graft count which is way too low even if it was the 1500 they claimed.
It’s possible that a lot of decent/ethical clinics would have classed you’re case as unsuitable for a transplant.
I have seen nothing but poor work/results from this particular clinic.-

@RB12So sorry to see this really poor work 😒 could you possibly create you’re own thread so we can comment separately? Thanks 🙏

Yeah was also wondering if this was a 2 stage plan. You appear to have some really good sources of donor hair still, from scalp and beard if needed.

Lighting enhancement or not this is progressing very well indeed !

Very good progress, look forward to seeing the end result 👍🏽

Thanks for posting, that’s a serious amount of grafts, no doubt it will lead to really good coverage 👍🏽
Look forward to seeing the updates !

Can we see some pre and post op pics please? This seems like a lot of grafts for the area that i can see.

It’s been such a long journey for you, the last couple of years though are proving to be extremely fruitful! All of those worries we spoke about before HT no1 and now look 🤩 a road to recovery which you still have some miles to go. For 5 months along this is turning out particularly well already. Couldn’t be happier for you 👍🏽

Yeah I had this with one of my procedures, it does happen from time to time. We all heal differently but the bruising/swelling/edema will Improve in the coming days/weeks.

Really nice result, Dr Demirsoy does good work 👍🏽

Well Keser is also very good, albeit doing a low amount of grafts per day (800ish) but yeah waiting a extra 6 months is nothing in the great scheme of things !

Nice write up, work looks good 👍🏽

Thanks, all. I opted to keep the current hairline. I think the doc did a great job especially considering what I had before. I appreciate all your input.
Good to hear, see how it grows out in the upcoming 12 months 👍🏽

Dr Pittella or Dr Thiago Bianco Leal are the names that always spring to mind when people ask about Brazil.
The other mentions of neo graft/ARTAS and chain clinics are worrying, these are synonymous with poor/sub par work and should be avoided. -
These will no doubt start to grow soon, you’re only in the very beginning stages of this process.

+1 @Gatsby has 30+ years of research in the hair restoration industry, specifically in Australia. You're probably better off traveling to India or Thailand for surgery. It's cheaper and higher quality.
I will +1 that too 🤣🙏👍🏽
