When his full results will show up, the sunlight will not be a problem. It will obviously not have the same volume and density as his natural hair migjt have had but it will definitely look natural and of adequate density. Plus we must remember that beard grafts tend to stick away from each other unlike scalp hair which cluster together.

But I believe that after 10 12 months the patient again loses 10 percent density which is due to a mismatch of anagen phases for certain hairs as told by Dr arika.so is it safe to assume this is pretty much the final result?

He was completely bald, and this isn’t the final result. He will never look like he is non balding, especially under bright lights- this is the reality if hair transplants. Especially when you’re a slick bald Norwood 6. Definitely check your expectations before moving forward with a procedure.

In the other forum , you told hair transplants can look normal without harsh lights and if I am not wrong euginix has been providing good coverage and density even for norwood 6. At least in normal sunlight, it should not look very thin because we will be in sunlight for a good amount of time.may be his hair is very thin and short hair is the culprit.

And I also remember asking you, in another thread, about how good 40 percent density is and you showed me pic of gordon Ramsay and that looked great to be honest, nothing like it would be see through in sunlight. I am thinking 40 percent density should be good enough to give an illusion of full hair even in sunlight and that's what zoomster might have been planted with.

Hairline design and reconstruction is a form of art in itself. There are multiple factors involved in ensuring a natural looking hairline. At least 6 rows of singles: light in pigmentation, slow growing and thinner in calibre, are planted on the initiating point of the hairline zone. These are taken from basically the nape of the neck. With this, skilled hands, proper angles and good survival is crucial. It is not a matter of luck for an individual to have a natural looking hairline after transplantation but rather an assurity that a confident surgeon should provide. It should be an assurity and not a probability.

Having said that, what God creates, no human can ever. The hairline created by man can be a close reflection of the natural one.

Can you in an honest opinion tell how close ur hair is now compared to ur original hair?Since you have one of the best hair transplants , I just wanted to know how good you think are your hair now? Are the angles similar to what you had originally and is the overall illusion similar? In an earlier post also,I requested you to post ur pic with original hair vs now after hair transplant. Just wanted to understand how far can I reach with ht.looking forward to ur reply.

  4. Can you be on television on screen like on tv shows with a hair transplant?I mean cameras are so clear that even small changes are visible. Do you think with a hair transplant a person can be confident enough to be on screen in front of camera. Actors do that all the time but do they use concealers to avoid any detection. On screen is pretty much the ultimate test, any thinning is visible.

Here’s what 50% looks like, and Gordon Ramsay has had a really good hair transplant. Similar but not the same volume or density, but close enough.

Why don't you show us how you looked like with your full density pre hair loss and how far you have come with a transplant?it would be good to compare your results and get an idea. I am actually relying now on just hair transplants and not wanting to touch finastride because if they can be that good ,why take finastride.

No no. Not us. It is a company in Italy who provide the medication under a doctor's prescription.

Is your hair transplant result similar to how your hair were before? I mean do you think that your transplanted hair mimic your native hair in aesthetics.Density ,volume and angular placement.it will be great if you can show a photo pre hairloss and post hair transplant. I just want to see how close can we get to our original aesthetics.

  7. Are transplanted hair placed in a similar fashion to that of the original hair?I could earlier make a   volumised puff on my hairline which might have to do with my wavy hair or with the angles of my original hair. Will the doctor be able to give me similar graft placement so as to make that puff, which I consider the most important feature of my face. We also need to take into account the fact that the density will also be reduced to 40.

The density in a crown while getting hair transplant is about 40 hair per sqcm. The mid scalp is approximately 30 hair per sqcm and the hairline is again 40 hair per sqcm. There is no thinning visible at this density.

What is the approximate area in Norwood 6? Even it is 200 sq cm on the whole, the density you have stated will require 8000 grafts approx. But normally  the are is more than 200 cm I believe. I don't know how can euginix give such high density , math is just not there. One question more , what if a person has a diffuse thinning with 20 grafts /cm left on his head. Can 40 more be added to make it 60?

  9. You are still not getting me, I want to ask will the volume of the hair look same under normal conditions? I mean, to us ,Zayn Malik would look same even if loses 50 percent hair? Won't there be reduction of his hairline volume which would be evident even without harsh lightening. I know it would not look thin still but there would be some difference to the overall volume that will be detectable? Obviously we are not talking about harsh lightening hair.in the attached picture, do you think he will look exactly similar with 50 percent loss.i still doubt.

  10. Would this appearance of fullness look exactly same as it was with original hair? I think , it cannot look as good as 100 percent hair. If it looks exactly the same , then hair transplants essentially have the capability to give pre hair loss look with 50 percent density in front specially.i highly doubt that's the case,I might never look how I use to with hair transplant.but if that's indeed the case, I would be happy.

  11. Doctors say that hair thinning does not become evident until 50 percent is lost. Does it mean that hair look exactly similar to the naked eye even if 50 percent is lost or does it mean that thinning is not visible until 50 percent is lost. I don't think hair can look exactly similar with 50 percent hair loss because it would lead to a reduction in 50 percent volume so the mane might not look as thick although thinning might not be apparent?thoughts?
