  1. No, I am not talking about FUE. I am talking about many guys on other forums (repair section) still trying to get rid of scars bumps and pits in the recipient area. Hair Loss Help Forums - Bumpiness and pits in recipient area http://www.angelfire.com/indie/hairtransplant/corrective.html
  2. Yes, you are right this was a few days post-op. But what about all those guys trying to get rid of little scars on the donor area? Is that an old technique or it is just some people with tendency to bad scarring?
  3. I have a question guys. I am wondering why some people get those dot scars or pimples dot scars in their recipient area after their procedure (like this show on the photo) thx http://yfrog.com/18recipientareaj
  4. Gubter, you look great man! if it bothers you in a few years just shave and move on with your life. Believe me!
  5. What doctor has the highest reputation in minimizing strip scars. Please post your own Olympic podium. IMO from what I ve seen: Gold - Dr. Wong & Dr. Hasson (H&W) Silver - Dr. Wolf Bronze - ?
  6. Biscuit, I think that looks much better than mine, it is white, not hypertrophic and doesnt have the hash marks or rail tracks, the 3 worst things about a scar. Anyway tanks for shearing. I ve seen that you are a regular poster here and obviously have good knowledge , where would you go for a Scar Revision?
  7. biscuit, you are right I didnt even know the existence of this forums before my HT and I am sure 95% of kids doing HTs on this days dont know either. FYI, the word "undetectable" is mention in almost every HT web site, others they dont even mention the scar. Do some more reading my friend! http://www.bernsteinmedical.com/resources/hair-restoration-papers/trichophytic-closure-a-new-way-to-camouflage-a-hair-transplant-incision/ http://www.shapiromedical.com/procedure/ http://www.wolfhair.com/strip-fue.htm http://www.drrobertjones.com/jones-technique.html http://www.hdc.com.cy/index.php?pageid=29 Note: I have nothing against this Drs. or clinics but I honestly believe the word "undetectable" should not be use in this case.
  8. Ive read very good things about Dr. Wolf and his permanent suture technique, did anybody here have this done? Can you share some pictures?
  9. The words "pretty common" and "without visible scar" will eventually replace "undetectable" after your first procedure. Plus shaving your head bald is not something that you always consider when you are 20 years old and you are full with insecurities
  10. Tom60, the previous user (behappy) explained quit good. Is simple, it you keep losing your hair (normal for 90%) you are not rich, and you dont want to make more damage (scars) to your head you need to stop and find a repair solution.
  11. I find very funny everybody giving facts about scars and healing with out having to live every day of their lives with a HT trauma or a horrible and huge strip scar in their head for the rest of their existence! (not talking about repair searching users) "Undetectable" I love that word! thats the perfect word to keep this business moving. Get into this this game is just a simple an easy step, but getting out isnt that simple.
  12. Some information, places and cases: http://www.artistryconceptshairreplication.com/scarcamouflage.htm Scalp Pigmentation | MHT | Before And After Photos | HIS Hair Clinic Permanent Makeup and Permanent Cosmetics - Scars just did the hair replication (tattoo) procedure... - Page 5 - Bald Truth Talk - Hair Loss, Hair Transplant and Hair Restoration Community
  13. spex, do you know if Dr. Feller used 1 deep layer of sutures under the staples? or just one layer of staples?
  14. in my case the scar got wider in between month 3 and 7 or 8
  15. Future, you are right it is hard to find information about the micropigmentation. I dont even know which are the best places for that procedure, any idea? j1j9j85, yes yes, thats my hope, I will also consider some fraxel before if I am not so happy with the scar of if it raises.
  16. j1j9j85, sorry but I didn t get the point, did your scar got better with the staples or not?
  17. I agree with you 100% that is defenetly the route to take after my revision. Now, where are the best two places for micropigmentation and tattoo?
  18. LT you are right, that is one of the best options. is there any good case on this forum? anybody that you know? sorry, I usually dont leave this section (for now)
  19. j1j9j85, I am glad you are happy, but wait at least 1 year after the surgery and then just shave your head to zero in order to see it. After 3 months my scar was still decent, the worst stretching was in between the 3rd and the 8th month in my case. I agree with you 100% with the tattoo and micropigmentation, but first I have to give the revision a chance, in my case is almost mandatory due to the size of the scar.
  20. Ohh come on guys! you know what I am taking about. When I said they should be obligated by law, I am not taking about every case of course! Just simply post a picture on their web sites with one of this thousands of horrible scars they made and say, "this is a possibility" "you might get a scar horrible like this" thats it. Not necessary to shave every head in the world. Why they dont do that? because nobody else in this planet would ever get a hair transplant! Nobody can argue that.
