  1. Hello all, I've been lurking around the site for quite a while researching the ht procedure as well as doctors. I'm a N3. I've consulted with docs that have suggested anywhere from 1200-3000 grafts. I was booked with Rahal but got a bit scared off with the mega sessions and motorized punch as well as the lack of Doctor participation that has been reported on this site. I've seen some great results but just went with my gut. I've consulted with Bisagna and Cohen in person. Cohen suggesting Artas and 1200 grafts which I knew was way to conservative. Bisagna seems more in line with other online consults with 2500. From the results and reviews online, Bisagna is runner up. Other results that have been very impressive to me are Reddy and Maral. I think the post up pictures from these two are super clean with little swelling and redness. Super clean donor and recipient areas where some docs post op pics that look quite messy. I also see that Konior is another doc with super clean post ops but it doesn't look like he does much fue. I did reach out to him via email with no response. With this being said, does anybody know why some docs can pull off the neat, clean post op while others don't or can't. Is there some technique that these other docs are missing? Should this be a determining factor in choosing a surgeon? I've seen plenty of other not so clean post ops that have fantastic results so maybe this is a null point of concern??
