ummm if you say so....:rolleyes:I agree that Wesley and Dorin and are top doctors, but Marc Avram is as well and certain Robert Bernstein who is arguably the best in NY. We can't say that Bernstein isn't experienced so I wonder why he uses it. I guess the best person to ask is him, but he could do manual if he wanted... -
actually its for doctors with limited skill looking for a machine to do they work they can't do themselves.... there is a reason the TOP surgeons on the planet don't use it.... and no Bernstein is not considered a TOP hair transplant doctor.Ok, but a lot of top clinics use the ARTAS robot. For instance, in NY, one of the top hair surgeons, Robert Bernstein uses it. I don't think ARTAS is for inexperienced doctors... -
that was a great come back.... brilliant TrollbusaThanks again for all your HT wisdom; but you better get back to cooking those burgers before you get fired.
-
ur right everyone is flocking to Mexico for HT's these days.Yet again nothing but an opinion (and not a good one at that) with nothing to back it up.Get someone to read my last post to you and then maybe you will get my point.
TROOLS like you end up learning the hard way but good luck..... cause ur gonna need it.
-
its pretty common. few ppl are going to fly to Europe to just get a consult in person. thats wat the internet is for. ur surgeon can tell u wat ur donor area looks like from a picture of video.
-
this coming from the brain surgeon who thinks Mexico is the place to go for a hair transplant..... dude plz stop from commenting on anything wen u think Mexico is the go-to place for a HT smh....:rolleyes:Constant narrow minded negativity has no place on this forum and doesn't benefit anyone. Those who continue to display this kind of attitude should be wished into the cornfield along side Keyser Soze . -
David they don't produce large FUE procedures which is a sign of their lack of skill and their prices are outrageous! show me the examples of this clinic doing 4000-5000+ FUE procedures?
ur top clinics around the world demonstrate their skill with FUE by not only performing small procedures but large ones as well?
and being recommended isn't the end all be all we all know that. I mean look at Cohen from CT. he is recommended here yet his work is terrible! he is another one who can't produce large FUE results. in fact, I've never seen more then 2500 FUE grafts from him. he like many other HT surgeons were recommended to this site because of their FUT NOT his FUE skills. the same can be said for T&D. they were recommended here for their FUT skills long before they started dabbling with FUE.
its not bias its common sense. show that you as a clinic can perform large FUE and be successful doing so. so if I wanted to go to True and Dorin and needed 6000 FUE grafts I wudnt be able to go there cause they don't have the skill to pull that off. and you think thats being biased? those are hard facts!
David show me the results where T&D have done 5000+ grafts FUE procedures.
they have been on business for 20+ years and I seen Dr. True sneak into Dr. Wooodz seminar back in 2000 in NY city so Dr. Wooodz cud school him on FUE. and 15 years later they still can't produce large FUE procedures. think wat u want David but that demonstrates their lack of skill.
their skill is in FUT not FUE.
I stand by my statement, there are better choices out there for far less money. thats a fact not an opinion.
BUSA,True and Dorin are well known as among the best in their field. They each have a long track record of producing world class results. Furthermore, they are both esteemed members of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration physicians.
You're entitled to your own opinion but repeatedly disparaging our recommendation criteria by explicitly telling members who have chosen a recommended physician that they have not done enough research shows a complete disregard for this community and all it stands for.
In short, please don't listen to BUSA. He is clearly biased toward specific physicians and advises anyone that does not choose one of those physicians that they are making the wrong choice.
Do your due diligence by carefully researching and make the best choice for you. You can count on physicians we recommend to deliver consistently excellent results and top notch patient care.

if there so great then why do ppl from the US fly to Europe vs. Mexico? Mexico is far cheaper and closer.BusaSunfire's results look very good and the price is great. The only negative response to Dr Alessandria's work ( the whole internet) I can find so far is manuelphx's situation that he thought he didn't get the amount of grafts he paid for & never updated what happen or commented on his results (good or bad)
Renovate Medical Center has been around since 1986. If they were constantly churning out bad HT surgeries I'm sure it would be all over the internet.
Do you have any links to back up your statements ? If Surgeons in Mexico in general are doing bad procedures I can't find anyone discussing them. I believe everyone here knows who the true ignoramus is here and it's not me.
Bosley has been around since 1974 so wats ur point? u think because of that everyone shud go there? Bosley constantly turns out bad hair transplants but because of ignorance and marketing and price ppl go there. then they realize they shud hav done more research like you need to do....
I know u want to go there because its dirt cheap and ur thinking ur gonna get a great HT and save lots of money. well, ull certainly save lots of money..... but then ull spend twice as much finding another HT surgeon to fix ur disaster!

FUT methods are stronger and better then FUT? lol is that wat ur surgeon told u? thats completely false.Hi,I choose for the FUT because my hair at the back is always little longer so the scare you do not see, and the grafts of the FUT method are much stronger and better as the FUE, the second day i also get a Small FUE with 500 grafts to fill it little more..
so the FUT method is better yet u still opted for 500 FUE grafts. that makes no sense. if thats ur theory then u shud hav used more grafts from the strip. the scar may not be visible now but wat happens wen ur hair thins out? ur already thinning back there.
-
unfortunately the only real down side to strip is the disfiguring scar it leaves many so its IMPOSSIBLE to ignore and its impossible to say which patient will develop such bad scaring.Answer me honestly though of all the results you have seen is dr fellers work better than dr Lorenzo dr erdogan or dr Feridunis irrespective of what type of surgery was used?? Ignore that fact that dr fellers is strip and ignore that the others are fue!!And dr feller since you do so much fue still, can you post some grown out patients with the type of results the other drs mentioned produce because in here and the internet you can see hundreds of their fue results and is like to see some of yours as I can't remember the last ones you have shown if regularly ever?? I don't see dr Lorenzo or erdogan on here slamming strip surgery and I know de Feriduni does both but they don't have to as their results speak for themselves maybe it's time to let yours do the same??[/quote
I have had surgery with DR feller and Dr Lorenzo and I choose Dr Feller every time. But each to there own. At the end of the day it's personal choice, we all know that.
I hear it all the time a poor strip scar is from a poorly sutured head. thats utter BS! some ppl are just inclined to have a scar that stretches no matter how good the enclosure is.
FUE leaves no one with disfiguring scars and Lorenzo's hairlines are too high. but where are all the FUE results from Dr. Feller. see lots of strip but can't remember the last time I seen an FUE case from him.
Feller posting this is just an example of a Dr. who feels threatened by the fact that most EDUCATED and INFORMED patients are choosing FUE these days.
look at this forum and lets count the number of FUE procedures vs. FUT. it wud not even be close. far more chose FUE these days that post up here and the ppl that post up here for the most part have done their research and made informed decisions.
-
so ur surgeon performed surgery on ur head and didn't have the tools he needs to do the job and in the process he is ruining ur grafts. plz tell us who ur surgeon is so we can all avoid him!!!!!!!hi thereim looking for some support and advice. i'm day 9 post FUE to frontal region and scar. a total of 1400 grafts. was due to get 2000 but the clinic didnt have 1.0mm punches and therefore the surgeon stopped as he was transected the grafts and didnt want to compromise them.
would be interested to hear your views on the result?
anything that i can use to speed up the growth?
-
there are far better and cheaper choices. you haven't done enough research yet.... keep searching. and their prices are comical.
-
that post made me LOL.... Mexico huh? sorry dude nothn ignorant or uneducated about that.busaThank you very much for your ignorant, uneducated & unasked for opinion.
here's a news flash for ya..... aint no one goin to Mexico for hair transplants these days for a reason..... smarten up!
-
never heard of him. I'm confused which pics are before and which are after? ur pretty thin in ur donor area which is why FUT is not a wise choice imo.
ur covering a huge area and 3000 grafts isn't gonna do it for you. you need another 3000 grafts. ur not even at the shedding phase yet so to tell u how it looks or will look is impossible to say at this point.
that group sounds like another Bosley. I don't see any before and after pics and have never heard of that group either. plastic surgeon who moonlight as hair transplant doctors shud be avoided like the plague!
and ur not a NW2 either. more like a NW4 or 5.
-
those results look excellent! good for you.
-
ARTAS is for surgeons who lack skill! if it was so great then why doesn't Erdogan, Lorenzo, Maras etc.... use it? I'm sure they cud afford it.
-
well, I'm sure wen u include overhead and malpractice insurance its pretty close compared to those doctors that don't have the same expenses. which is why US doctors rip their patients off usually which is why most go to Europe.
-
I wud say ALL of ur grafts is gonna fall out now AND ull likely go blind..... smh
-
2% huh? thats pretty funny.... no really. more like 30-40%. the real problem is they hav no clue wat the long term effects will be.The study that states only 2% of people suffer from side effects is a flat out and blatant lie, I would be willing to wager my own life on that. Merek have very shady track record too. That said, I've been on the drug for a year and the first 6 month's were terrible, however, now the vast majority of side effects have subsided and happy to take it. I would never get a hair transplant if I couldn't take the drug..
-
I think 2000-2500 grafts shud get it done. steer clear of FUT. the scar is real don't let anyone fool u. FUE only especially since u have plenty of donor hair.
-
wat is area 12 and 3? 4000 is a little much for one sitting. unless u mean one trip with multiple days.
-
looks good. is he goin back to fill in the crown?
-
looks normal. no idea wat ur talkn about. didn't ur doctor inform u wat to expect or were u simply not paying attention? wat exactly r u expecting to see 4 weeks later? a full head of hair?
-
I think his hairline cud stand to be about an inch lower. yes, I realize that requires quite a bit more grafts and maybe this patient doesn't have great donor hair. 3000 grafts won't be enough with his level of hair loss. is he planning on coming back for another HT?
FUT is more popular than FUE

really Dr. Feller their are "SOME" FUE posts here by patients and their negative or incomplete? really? that made me LOL!!!!!
the only ppl posting here that have negative results are the FUT patients who have disfiguring scars and therefore NOW need FUE to repair them so get ur facts straight before you make a fool out of urself and post nonsense like that. a drop in the bucket? wow talk about giving misleading and inaccurate information cause someone feels threatened by FUE.
well lets look at the facts here. on the "Hair Restoration Results Posted by Patients" page there are 19 threads pertaining to ppl who have actually have hair transplants. 12 of them are FUE! so much for ur theory huh.....
