  1. Yes but I have no idea what it is I would have to ask Carmen what she used but this might vary on each person.
  2. Hahahaha Almost!! One more session to the donor area, one more HT to the crown and vertex and 3 more sessions of SMP and I will be done But yes, having almost 12.000 grafts extracted from my donor (and I didn’t have a great donor to start with) and it not being noticeable it’s quite remarkable. My gf doesn’t even know I ever had a hair transplant.
  3. 5 days post op No scaring on the nape, no scabs When you use a 0.7mm punch and ATP/Saline spray after surgery things heal extremely fast
  4. A perfect excuse to visit Australia One of the few places I have not gone to in the world
  5. She is wonderful and the best results I have had so far by quite the stretch This is here instagram https://instagram.com/scalpesthetik?utm_source=qr&igshid=NGExMmI2YTkyZg%3D%3D I think I paid 550 EUR for my donor per session. Price might be different for the entire head
  6. No, I live in Brazil , I think I have seen him at least 7 times now. Four sessions for the donor area, one for the hairline and at least two or three more for the beard. He mentioned to me yesterday that he has found a new place in Atlanta and will be resuming surgeries there in March
  7. My dream 10 years ago was to have a good hairline. Then my dream was to come my hair again and have enough density to let it grow. My dream now is never using fibers again and just getting on with my life without thinking of my hair. SMP plus 12.500 grafts better get me there. It’s been a fun project for me. I have enjoyed every step. I know I am obsessed and strange for most, after all who gets 15/16 surgeries !! I have enjoyed it and enjoyed the results but enough is enough 😃
  8. One more (300) to the left and then one final 1.000 grafts HT. 250 for the crown 500 for the vertex and 250 for the front and hairline With that I’ll reach 12.500 grafts and my donor will be officially depleted and no more BHT to restore it neither do I have the desire to continue. I’ll probably just shave it all off and get some SMP
  9. Wow…..unbelievable “But in the spirit of taking care of our community I’ve offered to help out.”
  10. No steroid cycles, just TRT I had no hair loss thankfully.
  11. ATP and Saline Solution to store the grafts. We will use PRP as well on the recipient
  12. Ok guys, here I am with Dr Mwamba. Final round. This time both nape and BHT into the right side and in 5 days I’ll do the left side.
  13. I’m trying a natural treatment and it’s working for me but I am not the median guy, I have a lot of transplanted hair and just wanted to thicken up whatever I had left Not the best guy to ask to be honest If I go back on TRT I would probably do Finasteride topically 0.01% EOD with 17a-estradiol and Topical Dutasteride once a week or Microneedling Dutasteride once a week
  14. It kid of loses it's effect if I grow it but it looks good, I can go on without shaving the sides two weeks and no problem
  15. Alfa-Estradiol would be my first line of choice. So Finasteride with Alfa-Estradiol topically. CB would by my second choice RU would be my last. I would personally never touch it.
  16. The more DHT you blocks the higher the Free T will be. 5AR inhibitors are far more effective on the crown and vertex than on the hairline. I’ve seen it happen dozens of times now on people switching from Finasteride to Dutasteride making their frontal hair loss progress rapidly. I believe (and this is just a theory and anecdotal) that the hairline and temples are more prone to free testosterone than to DHT or maybe just as prone. This is obvious on people taking testosterone having almost 0 DHT with Dutasteride and losing ground rapidly.
  17. I don't question that and I am not here to defend Mwamba just because I had a good result. I agree with what you say but you also have to think that he does almost four hundred cases a year and the good ones will rarely post a review. People just move on. Hopefully we will see more positive cases soon for the sake of the clinic on this forum. It's a shame that three people are not satisfied, hopefully a solution will be offered to them.
  18. It sounds like nothing. I am no one to blame x or y. It's obvious that the owners are always the responsible ones for financial matters. What I am saying is communication is horrible and emails should be replied too which has not been the case and this is also the responsibility of the patient coordinator or whoever is in charge of responding to patients.
