I think Vitamin D didn't help me, but then again, my hair loss was Accutane-induced. It all depends on the cause of the hair loss. If it's from stress, illness, Medical problems and lack of sleep. -

Yes, wearing a helmet stimulate hair loss . Best prevention would be to cover the head with a soft cloth/ handkerchief below the helmet.

You can try good quality natural shampoo and take some hair loss tablets.

I agree with spanker. Smoking is a bad habit. I think Stress,weather and genetics causes are big reason for hair loss.
