  1. It's strange, ever since I started using really quite cheap volumizing shampoo my hair's quality seems to have really increased. I always thought you had to spend loads of money on that sort of thing but my friend recommended it to me and it seems to be working! Funnily enough I can't quite remember what it is (!) but I will get back to you on it. Might only work on me but I think it's worth a try...
  2. I didn't know that, good to kknow. thanks for the tip off!
  3. I just read about this, and it sounds very exciting indeed! But judging by the recent lack of talk on here nothing new has been discovered on the topic? What a shame, please post if you hear anything! I am going to have a look on the net now...
  4. Does anyone have any idea what the natural density of hair is for women? Is it similar for both sexes, or is female density naturally higher? Thanks!
  5. I was in Germany when it happened and not knowing German I just had no idea for a while, the same happened with Stephan Gately! R.I.P to them both.. so sad.
  6. Can you buy Revita over the counter, and in Europe? Or is it an internet shampoo, or only accesible in the US/ Canada? I am really intrigued, I think it could help me alot!
  7. This seems to be a very comprehnsive list. Thanks for the tips, i am sure many will find it useful and take on board what you've said.
  8. Hi Lorne! Though I do not think there is great danger of putting some product in your hair I would perhaps not use it on a daily basis, it would be good for your hair to rest and be in its natural state as much as possible... or at least that'S how I like my hair to be!
  9. It really depends on many factors. are you totally grey or just with streaks of grey? do you want to highlight your hair or cover it up fully? do you want to go darker or lighter than your hair now? Basically, if it was me I would always go to a salon but alot of people feel comfortable doing it on their own, especially if it's an all over dark colour, as that is harder to mess up then highlights, for example.
  10. My hair loss seems to be based on the seasons. In the summer it is of much better quality and stronger, but when winter comes my hair is just falling out constantly and is week and brittle. Does anyone else share this problem?
  11. Hello! I am brand new here too. I am fairly young and have suffered from hair loss on and off throughout life. I am so looking forward to reading up on other experiences and remedies. I wouldn't haver thought there was a forum dedicated specifically to this, I am so pleased there is.
