Thanks again guys, amazing advice. Also gave a consulation to Dr.Rahal and he is also ready to transplant on me, and the two above doctors and Dr.Rahal, none of them mentioned anything to me about Propecia/Fin. and MBP4545, since your hair when you had the transplant is pretty much the same as me right now, only that I'm about 2 years younger than you, you think I can still get the same procedure as you, even if shock loss occurs than I could always get more work done like you did right, also money isn't an issue, I just want happiness, I know you're telling me to avoid it but under these circumstances that I just mentioned, what do you think? Also I'm not worried too much about crown right now because I know there's a high possibility I might receed further down back in that area, I'm just focused on front/mid scalp right now, if that information is any helpful. Thanks again guys.

I should of worded that better, by saying I had another surgery is I meant I had a surgery that wasn't for hair loss, it was a gynecomastia surgery, totally different, I haven't had any hair work done with any doctor. and i cant quite remember the ingredient that pill had but i had been stressed about it because a erection was not possible and I just want to avoid Fin for that.

Thanks, but bro I had another surgery last year and I was prescribed a pill that had one of the ingredients of Propecia/Fins and I honestly did not respond well to it, I'll just say that "It wouldn't go up". So I honestly don't want to go anywhere near Fin, and I'm sure you know where I'm coming from. How would I determine how many grafts I have available in my lifetime?

Is it possible for me to get frontal/mid scalp work done, my thinning is definitely not that of a usual 21 year old, it's much worse, hairloss really hurts my confidence to the point I'm not social able any more, I'm saving up right now, and looking to get work done in about 6 months from now. I made a thread awhile back but you guys said don't go for a HT, but now I understand I should not get crown work done, Dr.Charles has also agreed to give me a transplant but without crown. Can I please get your guy's opinions?

Guys I need your help, so I sent my pictures along with my bio to a bunch of doctors for a online consulation. I got a reply from Hair Restoration Dr Glenn M. Charles (Charles medical group), the doctor said : "I can see the hair loss you have in the frontal, mid scalp, and crown areas. It appears that you have good donor hair. Although it is not possible to determine a patients exact donor density from a photo, my estimates are generally very close. Being only 21 years old I suggest you only have work done in the frontal and mid scalp regions, not the crown at this time. I recommend 2000-2500 follicular unit grafts in a single session to establish a conservative hairline and add some density to the frontal and mid scalp regions". Her assistant messaged me and asking if i wanted to go ahead with the surgery. Have you guys heard of this doctor? should i book my surgery for next year and listen to his advice?

Mickey, thanks for sharing the info, i appreciate it. But you said to research about HT before going to Hasson & Wong, but seeing as they are part of the IAHRS, would they still get me to go the wrong way? They are part of the IHARS for a reason right? why would they pass up wrong info upon me? I know you didn't say that but just wondering, if IHARS surgeons aren't trustable than who is?

thanks a lot mickey, great advice, i really appreciate it. I guess I'll stay on Rogaine and move up to using it twice a day, as for Propecia and all that crap pills, i'm not going anywhere near that. hair transplant, hair transplant, how long will you be? when do i know i should go for the hair transplant than? life will continue but at what age will i suddenly realize, it's time?

Thanks but as I mentioned all my 8 family members who are balding/bald (uncles, dad, grandpas) are all NW6, none of them have thinned further down to where it comes NW7, not a single one of them, all of their crown baldness ends at the NW6 scale, so why would I break the genetics case and become a NW7, I find that hard to believe, what would you think? afterall this is all a genetics game right? why would I not follow the genetics NW scale than?

Great advice, but bro I have no hair left, how can my natural hair loss progress? I just don't see it, I'm clearly already a NW6, what further hair loss is there to happen? I've tried using topikk, it did wonders last year when I had lots more hair, but as your can see I pretty much have no hair right now, and topikk really won't work for me anymore, all the black fibers will just stick on to the scalp (since there is barely any hair) and i'll probably just stares, btw this is not my assumption, I've actually tried topikk about two weeks ago and it just doesn't work because I just don't have any hair. I'm definetely staying away from Propecia, I had to take a medication that had similar ingredients as Propecia and I remember I could not erect for 2 days when I took that other medication, so Propecia would be even worse since the ingrediets of it would be even worse than the Medication I took. Again, great advice from you, but if you can help me out with the questions I asked in this post, that would be tons of help bro. Hairloss is progressive? I don't think it can progress any worse, all my family members (uncles from both sides, grandpas, and dad) all of them are NW6. Even if my hair loss is to progress, what would it progress to? I have clearly lost hair everywhere, so what hair is there to lose? Money is really not an issue, I will be graduating as an IT Technician in 2 weeks, by next year I will have easily saved up around 50 k, I have great parents who don't require much from me financially so out of the 50 k, even if I spent 20 k, I would still have more than enough to go with the HT. But all my family members who are balding are all NW6, from my uncles from both sides to grandpas and my dad, ALL of them are NW6, so I just find it hard to believe why I would turn out to be a NW7, when 8 of my other family members who are balding are all NW6, after all hair loss is all genetics, no?

What do you guys think of my hairline? I think it's so bad that even at the age of 21, I think the doctor will be able to tell where my hairline is going because I have lost so much hair, I'm practically bald, so Im under the impression that it won't be hard for a doctor to see where my hair will end up. Do you think even at 21, im ready to have a HT or FUE within the next year or so? As you can see my hair is not of many 21 year old who are balding, mine is much worse!
