So I’m pasting the reply sent from a Eugenix representative to my concerns. Pretty unimpressed so far that I’ve gotten basically “yah, it’s ok bud, don’t get your hair wet” response. I’ll send my response to that message and all that follows.
Hello Sir,
Greetings of the day,
Thank you for sharing your scalp images sir, as per the doctor's evaluation it is looking fine, your hair growth is good and healthy.
Please keep taking finasteride and have a healthy diet.when your hair is wet or oily, it may appear sparse. Kindly keep your hair dry, and it will look fine."
So, I’m a bit irritated, but going to wait for the next response. Take care everyone.
This looks like an automated response.
Anyways do keep us updated

Hello everyone.
Month 12 is finally here. I haven’t seen much change since month 6. Things look pretty good if I do my hair, but I have to sweep it off to the side (which I violently wanted to avoid). So here are some pics when it’s combed, and when I wake up under a very harsh light. Still very thin in the hairline, I’ll talk to Eugenix and see what my options are and let you all know what transpires from our correspondence, so that if this happens to you, you can know what to expect. Take care everyone !
Your hair line and mid scalp look very natural in these pictures.
The pictures which you have shared are close up shots, I bet your hair looks great from distance.
Yes things can improve if you really want to, a minor touch up can give you desire density but I wont pull the trigger immediately.

I do not understand why would you say that—that you hoped they cheated on me
Seems like it’s not better to post results here as people aren’t friendly and supportive here
To most it seems it like fun to enjoy to watch other demise
so I do not feel posting my results here anymore
You are taking his words wrong, he has anyways clarified it.
Nobody in this forum enjoy other demise, in fact we help as much we can

Sorry but this is very poor hair transplant, 5500 grafts is quite lot and I expect better coverage.
At 9 months your Hair Transplant is at the final stage, you can expect some hair maturity at 12 months.
In majority cases 12 months give you final result of your operation
I don't know why you not sharing the name of the clinic?

Well he is Super Star now, pretty common🤠

I know of one where my cousin had his own HT done and the result is impressive. I will asked his permission if i can post his picture here
Is there any gurantee that you will get same results from Istanbul Hair Mill?
-
Be patient man, it's just five months and you have already plan your trip to Istanbul
Still seven months left, so lot of time before drawing any conclusion

Exciting times ahead, do keep us updated.

Now you should start observing hair growth, the dreadful phase is gone!
Exciting times ahead!

It's gone beyond repair. No way it's gonna come back.
Why they took hair from the same spot second time?
And Asli Tarcan is quite famous Hair Mill in Turkey, how was your HT result?

Please avoid FUT at all cost, it's 2024 and the combination of FUE +FUT for me at least doesn't make sense.
A linear scar is linear scar and it will stay permanently.
My advice is since this is your first surgery better go for less grafts (2,800) as suggested by Eugenix and start Finasteride immediately

Ya I'm kinda in the mind set right now that I want to get home early after my surgery, but I don't know how many nights to stay. I don't plan on traveling outside or anything so I'm going to be holed up in the hotel anyway. I'm looking at maybe spending 2 - 3 nights? Then flying off. I live in North America so it will be a long flight. Did you have to spray saline on the grafts every hour while you were on the plane?
Try to extend your stay to at-least one or two days. I think five days is pretty much perfect to recover from HT. Your grafts are also bit more secured by that time.
You need to spray saline on your HT grafts every hour, clinic will provide you with the saline bottle. Just go to the washroom and spray it.

I am pretty sure, your right side will catch up soon.
At five months it looks decent, exciting times ahead!

-
Now you should let your hair grow, buzz cut never look's good with HT.
The illusion of the density is gone once we opt for buzz cut after HT

This is really disappointing to read, Five years back Eugenix were really great in terms of everything.
They are doing lot of surgeries and that is really hampering their quality and services.
I wish they go back to their old times but I guess the scale at which they are trying to expand its just not possible to have a proper quality control at all levels.
Anyways Thank you for sharing true feedback,

The results looks good for six months, another six months left so plenty of growth and thickness under your way.
Have you used any products on your hair (Not Hair- Fibers)? I mean wax or sea salt spray?
Please keep updating!

At 23 years of age no ethical doctor will ever perform Hair Transplant.
Have you considered trying dutasteride?

None!
Better consult a good Dermatologist and start Finasteride and Minoxidil
