  1. Sorry for the questions but why is there a third party involved? Is there a language barrier they are assisting with?

No problem Jotronic, ask away. The third party arranged everything, hotel, transfers etc and a translator, however since then i have been in touch with the English speaking rep and the Doc. And have asked to clarify this as i suspect this to be a misunderstanding.

  2. Thanks, 1978Matt and Future. We've seen increasing evidence that the incubation of grafts in chilled PRP has led to slightly earlier growth in our patient population. We'll keep and eye on this trend to get a better understanding of its true benefit.

    Very nice result.

Dr Wesley do you use PRP on every patient? The reason i ask is, when i have asked other Drs about PRP the response i get is...No prove that it works but no harm in using it.

Could it just be that this patient is lucky in terms of early growth? or is there scientific prove that PRP works?

    Cheers

  3. The "company" you booked your procedure with? James, what do you mean by this? Are you using a third party company that acts as a go-between? Regardless, there is ZERO reason to stop finasteride before the procedure and you should insist on speaking to your doctor, or at least someone that works in the doctor's office, before you proceed as you need this to be clarified. The doctor should be informed that this is being listed as a preoperative requirement.

Yes the 3rd party acts as a go-between (arranging transfers etc.), however i have emailed them to clarify this to see if there is a misunderstanding and i am awaiting a response.

I will also email the Doc to inform him of this, and hopefully this is just a misunderstanding.

  4. Hi all,

My Doc is recommended, however it was not my Doc who suggested this but the company who i booked the procedure with. I have emailed them asking to clarify if this is correct or a misunderstanding so will let you know the outcome.

Multivitamins and meds like asprin and so on are not advised due to thinning of the blood so possible a misunderstanding.
