@Hariri! Thanks for asking this good question. In Chao implanter technique, we use kind of small pens. By using these pens, the angels of the grafts can be changed easily. Therefore, a doctor can get results similar to the results of the lateral slit technique or sagittal slit technique depending on the doctor's experience. The most important thing in Choi Technique is experiences of a doctor. One of the reason why we use Choi implanter Technique (Pen Tench.) is that implanting the grafts with appropriate angels is easy. These are 3900 grafts, before and after 6 months and 1 year results. For this operation, Choi Hair Transplanter / implanter Pen technique was used. With this technique, I use small pen needles which has 6-7-8mm diameters for planting grafts into recipient sites. After the surgery, patient's recovery is faster and the result is natural. We keep the grafts in strilized cups in a refrigerator. Thanks

Ko, he was not we are doing local anesthesia to the head. He can watch TV, talk etc.. Yes, we transplanted hair to crown as well for this patient. By the way, thanks for the graft comment about Turkish people in the other post, we take that as complement

@hotshot, we use normal head hairs for HT, but if the person doesn't have enough donor, beard hairs or other part of the body hairs can be used. Again, our first choice is head hair. We use BH for vertex area not for hairline. Best

Some of our patients are from European countries like Germany, England, Russia,etc. They don't have thick dark hair and they are happy with the results. The result of the light hair will be more natural, but hair roots should be strong enough for HT. This is the most important thing. Additionally, we may need more graft for light hair. If a person has thick hair, he will have more voluminous hair. Therefore, no need to worry about the result if the roots are strong enough. Best
