Dear mosd, Finasteride (Propecia 1 ml- Proscard 5ml) is one of the best hair product approved by FDA. It has been proved that this product makes weak hairs stronger and minimizes the hair loss. Also, it is useful to minimize the shock loss after the operartion. The side effect is that the patient’s sexual activity may decrease with a possibility of 5%. This side effect is temporary and stops after quitting the pill. We haven't seen any side effect on our patients.

PRP therapy offers promising alternative hair treatment which stops hair loss and helps the hair growth naturally When PRP is combined with hair transplantation surgery the result can be seen earlier and healthfully,it is beneficial treatment. In our clinic we prefer to treat our patients with PRP before and after the operation as a complimentary procedure.

Thanks for all of your comments. As HARIRI explained, we use beard grafts for hair transplantations and our patients are happy with the results.

Thanks for all of your comments @Number47! Our only advise to our patients is to use 5% Minoxidil and Proscar after the operation.

Thanks for your comment Saaed. We harvested 1400 grafts and the recipient area was not shaved. Since only some part of the donor area was shaved and the other hairs cover the shaved part of the donor area, it is not noticeable as it can be seen in the picture number 6. Thanks
