Hi hairshopeing, Thanks for the nice words regarding our work here at HDC and sorry for the delay on your question as I was waiting the reply from the patient regarding the medication he uses. The patient is 31 years old and he is on minoxidil for the last 5 years. He is seriously thinking of finasteride but as many others afraid of the side effects, especially if you only get info on line. He has not used any kind of concealer when this photos were taken. Hi Everybody, This is a class 6 patient who wanted to cover most of his baldness. He had two strips for a total of 5500 grafts. The first one was on 20-01-14 for 3400 grafts and the 2nd one 11 months later on 06-12-12. The patient fulfilled his goals and covered his baldness. One thing that can be noted is that the scar after the 1st trip is what we call invisible and you can see it in the photo below demonstrating it. HDC medical team headed by Dr Maras, maximized the capacity if his results by cherry picking and extracting large follicular units. Hello Everybody, The objective in this patient case at Norwood scale 5 was to harvest safely as many grafts as possible from the scalp and then maximize the final number of grafts with beard hair follicles. The goal was to define the hairline and strengthen the frontal third and crown. Hi fueonly, If you follow the patient cases result photos that we have been posting consistently lately at this forum and all the other English, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Greek, Hebrew, speaking for years you will realize that we are not try cheating or manipulating photos or avoiding posting photos that we have. On the contrast you will come across a lot of patient cases that post their experience, progress and final result by themselves. As i have already explained in other posts most of our patients travel to Cyprus for their hair restoration therefore as HDC we depend on the photos the patient sends us in order to update the forum posts. In this particular case the patient is in Cyprus at the moment and i can only ask him to shave in order to get the photos however i repeat i cannot force him if he does not want to. This patient is currently undergoing only scalp FUE treatment and the plan is for him eventually to extract more beard hair for further coverage therefore either in a couple of days or later on we will be having his photos shaved for yours and the rest of the forum members disposal.
