Cheers buzz2 I am indeed a dr saifi patient, just under 3 months now since I had surgery, 11 weeks to be precise. Not much to report though regarding growth. I will try again now to get pics up for all to see. Just have no patience with computers.. Hows your growth coming along now? When did you start to notice it growing?

How do I download pics from my emails on to a new thread? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Dingdong, got 2100 grafts. Not sure of the actual hair count but lots of 3s and 4s according to the doc. At 1 side of my head a lot of the transplanted hair has shed but at the other side barely any has shed and seems to be growing. Did you experience same thing?

Hi dingdong, sorry haven't been on in a while to reply. I had my HT done about 6 weeks ago, Dr saifi has forward on the pics he took on day of procedure, which I tried to upload tonight but having real difficulty in doing so.. Will try again in a few days when I have a bit more time and maybe get help from someone who knows what ther doing..

Dingdong Great results so far, you must be really pleased. Great work by the doc, makes me more excited now about my future growth as my ht was quite similar to yours only Iv had bit more loss Will post some pics in next few days so we can judge then.. Congrats!

Hi buzz2, I just emailed dr saifi yesterday as I thought he wasn't back till the 5th, but he has been in contact today and is going to forward on the pics in the next few days so il post some as soon as.. Wish I was at the 4month mark,that seems to be round the time when the real growing starts to happen, just hang in there buzz and hopefully you'll start to see some great results..

Hi goodie, thanks for the well wishes.. I'm now 5 weeks post op and not very much to report regarding growth,still a long way to go but il post some pics as soon as..

I had my hairline done,and the doc has advised me he wouldn't touch the crown area for about 5years or so as he thought it wasn't too bad and would respond well to finesteride and minoxidil which I have only just started to use. Hope your second HT is successful in what you want to achieve and by judging by your 1st I'm sure it will be:)

I was expecting to get 2000 grafts and got 2100. Overall the surgery and healing couldn't have went any better,just have to wait for the hair now to grow,although most of the donor hair is still intact and seems to be growing but I expect to lose most in the next few weeks. Dr saifi is currently in the U.S and is not back till the 5th July so will post some pics when he forwards them on when he returns. Looking forward to seeing more of your pics and happy to hear your pleased with your results to date. Portchesterpirate your hair looks great was really impressed with your pics,which helped me decide on choosing dr saifi.

Hello dingdong Any recent updates on your surgery with Dr saifi? I too had surgery with him just over 2 weeks ago.. I seen from one of your posts that your based in Belfast,I'm only 45mins up the road from you, Co.tyrone.

Hi everyone I just recently had surgery 15 days ago and today I banged my head on a cupboard door on the edge of my transplanted hair which resulted on a tiny blood spot appearing,I'm not sure if this was the result of the door causing the blood or maybe the loss of a graft or two? How long after surgery are the grafts completely safe or or is it possible to still up-root them after a minor bang as i have had? Any replays will be much appreciated, thanks.

Just returned from Poland from surgery with dr saifi. Went for FUT with 2000grafts and managed to get 2100 at no extra cost which is great. Dr saifi is a highly skilled and very knowledgable surgeon and I am very optimistic I will have great results. Will post some pics as soon as dr saifi forwards them on.

Buzz2 I'm having FUT and 2000 grafts. From your experience wer you able to do or see much of wroclaw in the days after surgery? I get there at 10am Sunday morning so il try to do as much as I can then, unfortunately won't be able to sample any beer tho:(

Buzz I will post some pics as soon as I can and continue to do so as I progress. Yes staying at the art hotel from Sunday til Wednesday. Dr saifi has been very helpfully in answering all my ?s and after seeing your pics its made me a lot more confident iv choosen the right surgeon.

Buzz your hair looks great,iv been following ur progress and I'm very impressed with your results so far. I go for treatment with dr saifi this coming Monday.
