For me i know i wouldnt of went through with my HT if i hadnt stabilised my hairloss with meds, as i didnt want to spend the rest of my life chasing my tail having to play catch up with more HT's.
-
Yeah agree, clean work as usual. Pt should get could coverage with that amount of grafts:)
-
Yeah i couldnt make them out either. Sorry.
Congrats on your HT by the way:)
-
thanks for the info. Yep will keep you posted, Dr feller is over in london in may, so going to meet him and spex then:)
-
When i spoke with Dr feller he said i had about 5000 grafts left by strip then some fue on top, so i would'nt mind getting some more work done. One side of my tp is stronger than the other and it shows when my hair is longer. After seeing your work i have consulted with spex to go for round 2 with Dr feller at the end of the year. I'm kinda working off the numbers you have used, to be honest i never really thought the tps were that important til i seen your results and seen how big a difference they make to framing your face.

Fantastic result. Definately makes a big difference getting the temple points done. He must be well pleased with his results
-
Looking good, will you be happy with what you have, or you thinking of having more work done in the future?. I am thinking of getting work done on my temple points in round 2 with Dr Feller
-
Like above you cant go wrong with any of them. However as people will agree just because you want fue, it doesnt mean you will be a good candidate for fue. Just try and keep an open mind, however the docs you mentioned will go through all the pro's and cons with you.
Best of luck:)

Hi, i started back into exercise 3 weeks after my HT. Answers seem to vary so best checking with the clinic that carried out your HT. Some people say 2 weeks some say a month, i went for the inbetween:). I think as long as your careful and dont do anything too stressful you should be fine after a couple of weeks. But like i said the answer varies from clinic to clinic.
Hope this helps. Congrats on your HT.
Kind Regards

Hi Alex,
It can take about a year sometimes a little longer to heal fully and mature. If it's been 3 yrs since the old scar was formed then doing your exercises now shouldnt be a problem, however if your worried about it, i would recommend you check with the clinic your having the op with and see what they say. I had my second op last Oct, with Dr Feller and had no problems doing my exercises with my old scar which was 4 yrs old. When you have your op they will probably open your old scar anyway and close it up making a new scar.
Best of luck with your HT.
Kind Regards

I thought he already was a member? Well he has my vote, i have always thought his work is top notch.

Looking good and with still much more to come, im sure the patient must be pleased so far

Hi, im sure this question has been asked many a time, but is it really our hair that bothers us?
I have started soul searching for myself as i accept that the search for the holy grail may never be a success. What happens if the meds stop working? what happens if we never find the answer to MPB?
I know as a kid i was bullied pretty badly due to being vertically challenged( a short ass)
From an early age, it was as if they had that one thing on me and i tried my best not to give them anything else to have a pop at me over. I obsessed over the clothes i wore and my appearance and the way my hair was styled so they couldnt find fault with anything else.
Could it be that our hair for most of us on here is a kinda comfort blanket? Our am i just a little mad:p
-
Thanks for the comments guys. Well least im passed the worse phase and things should be more fun over the next few months
-
Me neither, can't say i have come across anyone else who have had those symptoms
-
Nothing short of fantastic. You must be well pleased with the results
-
My apologies. my first comment was more tongue and cheek and not meant to offend. I hope you are happy with your results. All the best and happy 2012 to you too
Kind Regards

That was definately a sweet job by rahal:) The dreaded fallout of the implanted hairs, but the sooner they drop out the sooner they will come back
That linear scar is going to be undetectable fella:)
-
If you think im being harsh and if i'm in the wrong then i will be the first to apologise. However all of us on here post our pics with our stories. There has been lots of cases presented to the forum saying great things about doc's but never supported with any evidence.
Kind Regards

Sounds like another advertisement again

Chrisdav,
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have been following your progress so far. Lets hope by spring we have started to blossom and by the summer we have a nice full head of hair:)
But i can't say i have enjoyed the last month constantly looking in the mirror for signs of growth
-
Well i have reached the 3 month stage, cant believe how much i have looked in the mirror over the last few weeks. I know from previous experience and also doing research that im still at the early stages of seeing anything grow however there is giving advice which were all good at and then theres being the patient which none of us ever enjoy:mad:
Would be nice if anyone has any comments, i buzzed my hair down to grade 4 to even things out and have a good look at my scar and see how things were coming along.

Hi there, i had a HT with the hospital group 4 yrs ago and spent 4 yrs regreeting it til i got it rectified at the end of last year
Regarding your questions i would definately try propecia as it will at least slow the process of hairloss. I have been on it 18 months now and starting seeing good results after a year, but you have to stick with it.
Regarding online consultations you can do them online, i had my consultation with Dr Feller online through spex on the forum and sending pics in. They were able to give me an estimate of what i would require and we took it from there
Hope this helps, best of luck
