  1. Hey All -- I'm a long time reader and infrequent poster but am planning to make a decision very soon on which path to take. Dr. Lorenzo seems to be the best that I've seen in terms of yield from larger FUE sessions. That said, it's hard for me to separate his artistic ability from his ability to extract and implant for optimal growth because he's generally doing much larger cases where hairline design often appears to take a back seat to coverage. Based on conversations with many surgeons, I estimate that I'll need in the neighborhood of 2,500-2,800 grafts for this first procedure, but given my age (26), I expect that I'll need at least 1-2 more procedures over the course of my life. In my opinion, Dr. Rahal is the best that I've seen in terms of hairline restoration/design, which what my first procedure will cover. That said, getting optimal yield out of the grafts taken will be key as I'm planning for the long haul and there's no doubt that Dr. Lorenzo is the best in the world at that for FUE. I just can't tell if he's the best overall in the mid-size cases like mine. Do you guys have any thoughts on this? Another thing to keep in mind is that price/travel is not an issue at all for me. I'm still also halfway considering FUT with Rahal given the consistency of his results, but even he's now claiming only a 5% difference in yield between his FUT vs FUE results. So torn... I've attached a picture for reference. Really appreciate any feedback. Also, anyone have any idea what Lorenzo's backlog is like given the switch to the UK?
  2. Hey raph...have been following your case. Any 7 month updates?
