Hello, Istead of using your own hair as a donor, can you use someone elses hair or grafts. It came up as a joke with my girlfriend and she said, "You can take my hair". Now she has me saying, REALLY! She has alot of hair that she complains of how much pain it is to care for. Her hair is so thick, when she showers in the morning and it's still wet when she gets home.

Hey guys, I have been one of the most confident guy out there, but nightmare started at the age of 22 and stopped shedding at 26 years old. WoW!! thanks for taking that off my list. Sorry for your outcome. Thats why I want to go with FUE procedure cause I like to wear my hair short.

I just know that if getting your hair back and whatever procedure chosen, no one will be walking bald or trying to hide it. So, I know that doctors go along way to get their degree, but I just hope doctors will see it are way too. FUE procedure would be alot of patients choice if it wasn't so pricy.

I like to have my options to be open. Like if I want short hair or long, I like to have that choice to do so. I like to keep mine short cause its the only choice thats good, but some times I would love to grow it out and I sure alot of guys feel this way. Some people can pull a shave head and they would look better that way, while some just look better with hair. For me I would love to rock my hair again and not having to worry about about my scalp showing. What I am trying to say is be confident and love yourself with shave head or with hair. I make my hair drama situation a bigger deal then she does. I guess we have our women love us for who we are. Same thing here Bill. Awesome to have a wife's support no matter what. I'm gonna find out if I'm a good candidate in less than a week, and if I'm not, then I'm not. Life will go on. While I still think that there are definitely women that truly find baldness attractive, from my experience most women don't put it high on their priority list when looking for a mate. I know lots of bald guys (myself included) with hot wives or g-friends.

I feel that this is it for me with hair loss,but I did loose hair rapidly in the beginning. Now every grows,but very thin on top. Some hairs grow think around the crown and fine hair will grow together. If the fine hair will just grow thick, I will be in good shape. I also relize it that since I shave my head, the thinning hair will just take longer to grow. No its just that there is a rapid loss of hair at the beginning. MPB continues to advance in everyone, even after surgical intervention.

Thanks mmhce, I am now 28,my hair has stopped its lost for 2 or more years now. I am still learning and have learned alot from this site. So are saying that if your hair is still in process of balding I or anyone else wont be a candidate?

I told them I have been taking a Dietry Supplement called Hydroxycut, I would take 2, morning and before gym. I have been taking Hydroxycut for 3 years straight. My girlfried did some search on Hydroxycut and she told me that some people have claim using Hydroxycut, they notice some hair loss and thinning. My friend that introduce me to this stuff, stop using it once he found out about thinning hair, but he did not used it consistant like I did. Til this day I rather be that fat kid with nice black thick hair and slowly loose the weight. Why I feel strong about this cause I have no history of any bald family. How I know cause I ask my parents. Even they miss one person, how is it gonna hit me out of 17 kids and of course the youngest. I have nephews that are older then me have good hair. I schedule a consultaion saturday morning, hoping for a happy solution. Just 5 minutes of her time and I did not feel the vibe from her. I felt she talks over me instead of listening to my problems and what cause it. She gives me attitude that Hydroxycut don't do this to you(she only worked there for 2yrs and where is her M.D license) and thats when I got a lil pissed cause she was not trying to hear me out. She work at a gym AND??? whats that have to do with me and my hair. I didn't let her know that I was mad or at least I know I tried to be nice. She only gave me EXT options and thats it, I asked her....she paused and said we have a bio-......sorry forgot the name. It's non surgical. Still trying to sell herself, she said since you came back and spent $1400 the first time...I will take $500 off of the fake hair ($2500). I stood up before I loose my cool and she gave me her card....said later. I want this said cause I don't anyone who needs help to get the door close on their face and insulted. I have my witness. I am also glad to find this forum cause this site helped and gave me alot of knowledge. I read a couple of forum on here about Hair Club and I am not only person they have played, but at least I can learn from their mistakes and I appreciate that guys. I read that they shave all your asisting hair underneath where they apply the glue to put the fake hair and that is done everytime you come in for your monthly mantinance. 000h yea!! don't forget the scalp message or is it rubbing your bald spot. what I am trying to say is that less scar is what I am looking for. By 1500 to 2000 grafts, I am assuming that you are at NW2. What is NW2? Generally speaking one needs 1000 grafts per level of degree baldness on the NW scale. What is NW scale? I am assuming you mean "scar" and not "scare". You need to understand that ALL extractions leave scar tissue. The FUE leaves small circular scars throughout the donor area. The FUT leaves a very thin scar across the donor area. By 1500 to 2000 grafts, I am assuming that you are at NW2. A good starting point would be to upload some pics so that we can judge your level of hairloss. Generally speaking one needs 1000 grafts per level of degree baldness on the NW scale. Your experience with this Hair Club doesn't sound good.

I am intrested in FUE and I am sure that I am a canidate for it. I been on this site for 10 hours when I first found this site. I think maybe 1500-2000 grafts or less. I don't want to have scare and that why I dont want to go with FUT.
