  1. Orlhair, thanks so much. Super excited as Dr Paul seemed to get a good number of grafts in the area. I am excited to see the transformation and density improvement. Aaron, Thanks bud.. You my friend are a veteran now. Awesome transformation thus far with you!
  2. One thing is for sure... Tommorow at this time, you will feel like a new man! Great doc and staff. I just had mine done there on the 1st of this month. I had the same jitters and nervousness. It was an extremely fluid and efficient process.. I was glad to have a day out of the office, even if I was being stabbed in the head a few thousand times!! Lol
  3. I have been on rogaine foam for 6 months or so and can see a very noticeable difference in shaft diameter.. My native hairs that were thin and minituarized in my hairline have thickened up as well. I only use once a day, as it made my scalp itchy.
  4. First, I have searched and kept up with this forum extensively for the last year in preparation for my second transplant. There is a lot of great input out there and a lot of helpful individuals. This forum is truly an asset… I had my transplant on 09/1/2011 with Dr Paul Shapiro. It was my second strip surgery. My main goals were to add density to hairline and temple areas, as not to have such an eye apparent difference in densities. The operation and all went very smoothly and efficiently. The staff was very courteous. I had a case of Folliculitis from day 11-16, that was knocked out with a batch of doxicyclene. My first transplant that was over a year ago and left a lot to be desired (Not SMG). Seemed like a salesman and not a doctor.. however, I grew and healed very fast from that one and seem and hope to be on the same trend for this one. I will upload more pics by weeks end on first transplant and a lot more post op and document my progress… Question- Has anyone had or does anyone know if Folliculitis has permanent effects on growth or density or graft survivability? That may be crazy.. as you may never know, but I figured I’d ask..
