  1. A 58-year-old male, who had thinning throughout his frontal region, was particularly bothered by a hairless patch near his central hairline. Utilizing 1989 FU throughout the frontal third (with a particular focus within the hairless patch), he had considerable growth even at 6 months postoperatively (when the "after" images were taken).
  2. This 56-year-old patient received 2160 FU throughout the frontal third of his scalp. Thickening the hairline and bringing to the temporal recessions to a level that they were at years ago was his stated goal. In addition, we rebuilt his temple anteriorly in order to provide a healthy "base" for the advanced hairline. This patient underwent a trichophytic closure due to the contrast between the color of his hair and his scalp. After pictures are taken 8 months postoperatively.
  3. This 43-year-old male underwent a 2115 FU session to the frontal region. Single-haired micrografts were used along the hairline and density was achieved with three-and-four-haired grafts just behind the hairline. After images were taken 9 months postoperatively.
  4. This 24-year-old male had lost confidence due to his marked hair thinning. His family history revealed a Norwood Type VI pattern and his physical exam was consistent with this distribution. Rather than advancing his hairline (as he initially requested), we designed an age-appropriate hairline pattern using 2263 FU that would continue to look natural into his 60's and 70's. Addressing areas of future loss lateral to the thin areas atop his head also will prove critical as he continues to thin laterally. As he desires a short-length haircut, a trichophytic closure was most appropriate for this patient and allows him to continue to clip his hair with a #2. After photos depict growth at 6 months and again at 12 months, when the patient returned for a subsequent session to cover the midscalp.
  5. Our Philosophy: One focus. One patient. The most desirable results are bred from maximum attention to detail. To this end, our practice (dedicated exclusively to hair restoration surgery) devotes all of our focus towards a single patient each day. From the moment an individual is first welcomed into our state-of-the-art surgical facility to the time at which he or she returns for thorough evaluation of hair growth, they appreciate how thorough care from Dr. Wesley and his experienced staff translates into the results they had hoped for. While our techniques for increasing density, creating natural hairlines, addressing future inherited hair-loss patterns, and minimizing any evidence of donor scarring parallels those used in many quality practices, our careful attention to detail in carrying them out encourages hairstylists, fellow physicians, and numerous patients themselves to refer other men and women to our practice.
  6. This 52-year-old female desired a thickening of her temporal recessions even after learning during our consultation that a large percentage of women possess this pattern. A session of 1573 FU amply addressed both temporal recessions and reinforced her central hairline. After pictures are taken at 8 months.
