  1. Just take 2 long hot steamy showers every day and those grafts will come off. I would take a nice long bath every night and keep my head moist. I also sprayed my recipient area every 30 minutes for the first two weeks until i was scab free. Be very careful with those grafts.

  2. I don't think you should start parting ANYTHING including aloe on these grafts at 5 days. Wait until like 2 weeks. Just keep it moist and spray it every 30 minutes or so.

I used aloe and stuff after my first transplant and the redness was still there for 2 or 3 months. The 2nd time around i just let it do it's thing and it went away at the same time.

  3. The ugly phase sucks. I was looking good by 4 months though and looking great now that I'm at 7 months. A bunch of my transplanted hairs just started growing from day 1 after both of my Nader transplants. Take your biotin and just be patient.

After my 1st transplant my only regret was wishing i had went lower on the hairline as well that's why i went back for a 2nd one two years later.

I can't say enough good things about Nader and I'm very happy lot's of guys are going to him based on results from this website and are posting their experiences with him. Fuck all of the FUE haters and ignorant assholes who talk shit on him just because he's in Mexico and is AFFORDABLE unlike 90% of u.s. doctors.

  4. Maybe 10 years ago but not in 2017.

We can disagree on that all day. This site seems to be 50/50 on which is best. I don't like the thought of a big ass scar on the back of my head. I've noticed guys who have already had a strip procedure and are stuck with that scar are really quick to talk shit on fue. Seems like some jealousy to me. Regrets at getting a out of date barbaric procedure. :)

Both procedures in the right hands produce great results so do what you want.

  5. HLS2015 I've personally had 4000 fue grafts taken from the back of my head and you can't tell anything was done. Not even when my hair is super short. My yield was amazing.

You bash fue all the time even though you see the great results on this site. I don't get it. You're 26,been on here for a mere 3 years, and know it all huh?

Let's hear the details of your transplant and let's see some pics....

  6. LMC so you chose Dr. Gabel because he lived close by? You really could have had that density fixed by choosing a good FUE surgeon. Dr. Diep would have fixed you right up that's for sure.

It blows my mind Dr. Gabel would just remove all of those grafts. Now he has you on the hook for more repair and i'd guess....transplanting more hairs down the road lol.
