  1. I always knew you had some Hemingway in you! Great write up! Please keep us informed of your progress and do keep in touch. May the Force be with you (haha!) All the best
  2. Hello HARIRI, Actually, I chose a room with a shared washroom. It was just as nice as the one's with their own and just a tad less expensive. Which was important for me because I stayed two full weeks. The prices for all rooms are very reasonable. But you also get that freedom to roam around a "house" while you are healing after surgery. Which, as you already know from your visit at the Foxbar last year, is great! There are two common rooms at the Brookline and a big kitchen table that seats six. Needless to say, I spent countless hours around this table having great conversations with peole from around the world. Regards
  3. Hello HARIRI, Yes, just like Matt said, it is now located on Brookline ave. Still just a short walk from the clinic. It is a pretty new house and very big. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 washrooms ( four bedrooms have their own private washroom and two bedrooms share a washroom) Like the Foxbar, it is a great place to be. Everybody there is recovering from surgery and their is always friendly talk amongs the guests. I really enjoyed staying there after my second surgery. I made some great new friends that I will now add to my list of previous new friends that I made at the Foxbar last summer. Kind regards
  4. Thank you HARIRI, Always a pleasure hearing from friends from the Foxbar (now the Brookline!). Cheers
  5. Thank you alexdelarge, And happy follicular sprouting to you too! Kind regards Hairgoesnothing
  6. Thanks socbook1DB5, I now have to just sit back and wait about 6 to 8 months to see the results. Can't wait cause I know it will look fantastic! Regards
  7. Thank you southbeacharchi, Ya, it is great to once again have the fredom to select a style according to how I feel that particular day. Happy growing! Ps: I took a look at your website, great results. Congrats!
  8. What these pictures don't show is that I already have good strong natural temporal points. I was lucky that they did not recede. You would really have to see my whole face to really see what a great job doc Rahal did recreating my hair line. In real life, it looks like nothing was ever done.
  9. Thanks Sean, Doc Rahal certainly does incredible work! Ps:Alexdelarge says hello. He's one of my room mates here at the Brookline this week.
  10. Hello Davis91, Actually, I am 45. I have come a long way in my hair restoration journey and I am quite happy how everything is and will be. Basicaly, what ever happens now, happens. But I am not worried. I have lost basically most of my hair and I've managed to get get a lot back ( at least the look of it back). It's all good. I invite you to take a good look at my before pictures. I'm pretty bald. Now, I have good coverage on the front and some respectable coverage on the back. At this point, I am not really worried about my latteral humps ( which, just to note, were already pretty much gone to begin with). Do I have some hairs in reserves? The answer is yes. Do I have tons and tons? Probably not at this point but I know I have more than enough to address any future recession. Will my hair ever be like it was when I was 21? Nope. But it looks a lot better than when I was 43. So to some it up, I am very happy. And I don't think any hair transplant patient can really ask for anything more than that I figure. Kind regards
  11. For my second surgery, doc Rahal managed to get 2970 grafts. He finished the crown area. Quite frankly, I never asked Dr. Rahal if I have any left for transplant in the future. But, If all goes well, I will never need another one! Regards
  12. Hey Cant decide, Right from the start, Doc Rahal told me that I would need about 3000 grafts to finish the crown area after the first HT. There was never any conversation about if I would wait longer I could get more grafts for this surgery. He just always seemed confident that that is the number he'd be able to get. I got good coverage, no massive density or anything like that but the whole thing will blend in nicely with the first round. I have no worries. Just feel free to ask any question you like. I will always do my best to answer them the best I can. Kind regards
  13. Thanks alexdelarge, Doc Rahal deserves all the credit! Cheers
  14. Hello Cant decide, Yes, this was the maximum Doc Rahal could get for this particular procedure. It was my second procedure in just under one year. I will post some post op pics once I return home next week. Regards
  15. My surgery last week yielded 2970 grafts all placed into my crown.
  16. When I saw the picture for the first time, I was in awe. Incredible work! Sorry this is the only picture I have but I think it is a pretty close-up shot. Kind regards
  17. Hello everyone, I think the problem is solved. Here are the pictures of my scar just moments before Dr. Rahal excised the donor strip for my second sugery last week(May 29th, 2012). It is hard to believe that just 11 months ago, Dr. Rahal excised a strip that yielded 5604 grafts and healed with this incredible scar.
  18. I am really sorry everyone about the technical glitch with the pictures. I will try to get to the bottom of the problem and re-post. It is really a great picture. Regards everyone Hairgoesnothing
  19. Thank you. Dr Rahal is very very good at what he does. I could not be happier.
  20. Dr Rahal deserves all the credit. Ps: I am Canadian. Cheers
  21. Good reply for the Network Matt. I actually sent john2009 a PM to let him know about the transition from the Foxbar to the Brookline. Thanks for making this clear for everyone.
  22. I recently underwent my second procedure with Dr. Rahal to address my crown. Eleven months ago, Dr. Rahal placed 5604 grafts into my hairline and mid scalp area. The growth of this first procedure was phenomenal to say the least. What I would like to share with the Network today are a couple of picture that were taken just seconds before Dr. Rahal was to excise my donor strip for my second surgery. The pictures, I believe, speak for themselves. The scar at eleven months is very impressive. For the second surgery, this scar was entirely excised so as to leave me with just one strip scar once more. The closure for this surgery was also very refined also. This should leave me with a scar which will be as refined as the one pictured here today. I will post pictures of my second surgery soon. Regards Scar photo #1_11 months (shaved down).bmp Scar photo#2_11 months (shaved down).bmp
  23. Thank you Cant decide, I am off tomorrow for my second procedure. I actually cant wait. I will let everybody know how it went. Regards
