  1. You are limited in the donor area as the sides of your head has hair loss. Maybe the doctor would make an exception and FUE from the top of the scalp. That is only If you have not seen any hair loss on the top of the scalp and do not expect future hair loss there. You should consult a HT doctor to see what they can do for you. But usually the hair loss is on top of the scalp and the sides/back full of hair so your case is more rare I think.
  2. Hi, welcome to the forum. Are you looking to fill the frontal hairline only? Usually the hair is taken from the back and sides of your head and transplanted to the hair loss area. How is the quality of hair on the sides of your head? I can see in the pics that there is an area with no hair on the sides.
  3. Thanks for the update. It is looking good for 2 months. How are you feeling about your HT so far?
  4. But would you.. FUT 2800, go back for another FUT and then another.. until there is no more laxity/donor. Then FUE the rest of the scalp to max out full potential of donor? Because if I remember correctly, With FUE only, you'll have less donor than doing the above.
  5. When I was doing the research two or so years ago, I was told to Max out FUT and then FUE if needed. Is this still the case for me today? I see a lot of bigger FUE procedures than before when I first signed up here. So the question is should I still max out FUT then go for FUE OR FUE all the way? Thanks again guys Ps. Only 4 more days to go!
  6. Are you trying to cover the crown and frontal? 1800 total grafts would not be enough for you IMHO and the quoted price could be less.
  7. Any updates pics? Would like to see. thank you
  8. I like Rahal's hairlines best I've seen in person.
  9. Most of this can be avoided if you go to the right doctor.
  10. I've seen your pictures now. I can see what you are talking about. How many grafts did you get? What about the grafts per sq/cm? To me it looks like they did't use one hair grafts in some areas. Are you sure they did? Please see the attached photo and tell me if this looks like your hair as it is hard to see in your pictures for sure. If it is like the before photos then it was done wrong. I've seen Dr. Rahal's work in person and could not see a single detection of HT and it looked native. With that said, if you have some grafts in the bank, I would talk to him and see what he has to say.
  11. Sorry to hear about all of your problems. Can you post pics so we can tell you what we think? I am going for my HT in 7 days. When I read threads like these, it starts to make me think. I am kinda scared of what will happen. I hope I am doing the right thing.
  12. I am going to have to try the low dose of .25 and see if that works for me without side effects thanks for sharing.
  13. I agree with the above poster. Just think if you filled in the sides and then the center started to thin out. Then you would be unhappy because the sides are thick and nice but the center is thin/balding. Do you want to chase after your hair loss like this? Something for you to think about.
  14. So here is a picture I took with my phone and I don' think it is as good.
  15. I think your hair looks pretty good right now. My guess is nw2. What type of hairline are you looking to get?
  16. Here are my updated pics. On the crown, I am not sure if it is a combover as my hair is really long in the back. If I comb my hair a different way ( in the crown) it has a part in it which makes it look like loss. I will have to wait until I shave down for a better look at any loss. Thanks again
  17. Guys how are these photos? Trying out my tripod. I know the camera is not the best but it will have to due as I don't have the cash to upgrade. Will try my cell phone to see if it is better quality. How did I do? Any feedback or tips?
  18. Looks like I am staying the 14 days. It will cost $276 to change my plane flight as I bought it way ahead of time and whatever the fee is to take out sutures.
  19. Wish I would of thought of this sooner (going to a local HT doctor) it may be to late.
  20. Hello all, Do you think I should stay the full 14 days to have the doctor remove the sutures or leave the next day and have a doctor near me do it?
