  1. If you have a template and dont need the system cut-in , yes we can supply them for less then 400 Euro for a partial system . If you want the system cut-in and styled at our studio we charge and ?150 . It does take a couple of hours and maybe a little longer for a full system for a client with alopecia. We can do a better price for multiple orders aswell ... Sorry Mod just answering the question .. Niall Boylan
  2. If you require your hair line to be upright and visable or you brush your back off your forehead , you will need a very undectable front line . I recomend a swiss lace and make sure its flesh coloured with bleached knots . As for the colour , you can send a sample of your hair and im sure as our company do , most will match it perfect . Most importantly make sure you dont go to high on density as it will be OTT . At 25 your density should be about 95% and no more . Also for attachment you can use walkers on the front hairline with no tape and supertape and walkers around the sides and back. Always make sure you allow the walkers to dry to about 80% dryness before you press the lace to the skin on the front otherwise clean up wont be fun . You should get 4 weeks attacment from that . If you wear you hair back , make sure you order it that way or it will fall forward . If you want a funky modern look , order it freestlye. Cheers Niall
  3. I make no bones about being a competitior of AHS but i regret the use of the english language that is being used by disgruntled clients . You say that they misrepresent the truth in some way , please explain that . Dont get me wrong i am not in agreement with their sales methods but thats their business and i urge all clients to make sure you know what you are doing when you order any hair from any company . The key is to investigate any complany that you plan to do business with . You mention glue and slapping a rug on your head . What nonsense !!! . Its a medical grade adhesive and the rug is a custom made real hair piece that if fitted properly will make you look years younger . Please dont try to degrade any compnay by using bad english as it just sounds uneducated . If you got a badly fittted system or badly matched colour say it !! In realtion to AHS im not qualified to speak on their behalf and can only go by my own experience . I have been dealing with people for over 5 years and 95% of people are very happy with what they get and the service but there will always be the client that will not be happy due to our neglect or them overestimating results . There is also the client that will never be happy no matter what we do for them . When you go for a consilatation , read beteen the lines , ask questions , dont sit there like a dummy and believe everything . Remember your dealing with business and companys and that includes mine too. I expect to be asked questions and lots of them during a consultation . Ask straight questions , ie : is it a hairpiece !!!! Finally the bottom line for all companies , you really dont hear the good stories on forums but you will hear the bad stories and no business is perfect . Also as in the client that spoke of us recently in a posting , the information he posted was all false and exagerated and i was happy to correct the information and have my lawyer deal with him for the wild accusations . Cheers Niall Cheers Niall
  4. I'm really sorry to hear of your negative experience. As the owner of a company that also sells laser, although not at those prices, i can tell you that the results are very random. Laser restoration is only suitable for a client that is young and shows the very first signs of thinning on top. It will not tackle the receding hairline with much success. Laser is over sold as a cure for baldness and there is no possible way laser can bring back a dead hair follicle . The principle behind laser is quite simple. It encourages blood circulation of the scalp which in turn can and i use the word " can " help to revitalize the existing hair and thicken the hair, giving the impression that you have regrowth . It will not regrow hair in areas that have hair loss. It should never be sold to anybody who has typical male pattern baldness in the latter stages as the results will be disappointing. I would normally tell interested clients that Laser can not stop the course of nature but only slow it down if indeed it works for them. Laser will have absolutely no effect on clients with alopecia. Regards Niall
  5. As a seller of Hair Replacement systems let me clarify the points you make with reference to wigs . The word wig for years had a stigma attached, just like toupee, cloth cap , or any other word used in the old school days . The word hair replacement system comes from the fact that wigs and toupees improved over the years and to remove the negativity and the ridiculous stigma attached companies used the word " System " whereby you had your wig mad to order by means of a template and that no elastication was used as in the one size fits all wig market . In modern terms a wig is something you buy from a shelve and are normally wefted , although you can buy lace wigs for women . Hair Replacement system is a piece that is made from a template taken for you individual scalp and hair loss shape and is made just to suit and fit the client and their individual needs . As for the adhesive. Most modern wig or hair system adhesives are skin safe but some people do have sensitive scalps and they needed to be tested on them first. We have over 1700 regular clients and i have never had a client scared by the adhesive. I have had a handful younger clients that found it irritated the scalp and made the attached area a little red and i would suggest they used a good quality tape, such as supertape for bonding. The bottom line is that a custom made lace wig (Hair System) looks more realistic and sits better than an off the shelf “Wig”. The bottom line is no matter if you choose and off shelf wig or Hair System , once it makes you feel better and gives you back any self esteem issues you may have lost well then its a good thing . If anybody has any questions in relation to hair , its quality , types of hair , types of bases , or any issues they may have with hair loss solutions i will try my best to answer them for you , with the moderators permission . Although i will state that they are only my experienced opinions and if you have any medical issues you should get the opinion of your own doctor. I have studied tricology and Alopecia and if i can help i would be happy to do so. Regards Niall Boylan
  6. Once again i find myself defending my good name against this man . To clarify , fireside ordered his hair system of his own free will , i did not leave the room at any point unless it was to get a sample to show him but certainly not for a radio station . He payed a 400 euro deposit which was made quite clear with regards to being 50% of the price of the custom made system . We made a template on the day with no obligation for him to purchase anything but to save him time if he did want to order down the line . He choose to order three or four days later , when i called and asked him was he interested as he sai he was . He claims he backed out two days later and thats fine but it would have been nice to tell us he backed out and we could have saved money and refunded his money , instead he waited until the system was made six weeks later and then would not answer any calls and left us with no choice but to write to him after which he did answer his calls and refused to pay as he changed his mind . He claims he had no choice but to come to us . If he had looked online he would see there are many options in Ireland for hair problems and Hair replacement systems . If he turned up for the fitting he would have received the closing invoice for the full amount as stated on signs on the reception desk . Its the same price for everybody . We have no hidden costs and charge all our clients the same prices . I refute any allegations that we are theives or crooks as called us and we are a very reputibble buisness and have very few complaints about our work . Fireside never had any work carried out on our premises as he backed out without telling us . After reading his vile comments i will be talking to my solictor in the morning to clear my name from the horrible names he has called both myself and my hard working stylists and staff .
