  1. as far as salons or hair clubs go. It is a complete waste of money. The hair club/ salon route is for those who have money to burn. So many people I know have came from expensive salons or the hair club for men, not only broke, but extremely disappointed in the results. The pictures I showed you are not from any pricey salon or hair club. THE BEST WAY to get the best hair systems are through online, wholesale vendors. I challenge anyone to dispute this fact with me since I KNOW from experience. Hair system can give very good results, but none of it is rocket science the way they try and make you believe. Its very simple materials, and simple procedures anyone can do by themselves. Honestly if anyone is interested in this option and you want to know the real facts, just email me. I been wearing for over a decade and have a lot of experience with these products. I have seen farrell hair systems, hcm's etc. I have also bought from many vendors online. Im here to help anyone who has any questions the best i can.
  2. honestly, hair systems are not perfect. There are pros and cons to everything. I choose to wear a hair system because it allows me to get the results I want right away. If I was only partially bald, I probably would look more into drugs or hair transplants, but with my level of hair loss, its just too much time, money and risk for me. And after all of that i still wouldnt get the results I am looking for. A hair system you can literally get any style density or look you want. The only real downside of it is that it is not a permanent solution. Its something you have to keep using, plus the maintenance. But as you do it, things become easier. new adhesives and methods. And you do not have to pay a ton of money. Some of the best hair systems I have seen are only 150 to 300 dollars each. The materials they use now, like the super thin skins and super fine swiss are really great. Very airy, you honestly do not feel like you have anything on your head. Air water everything can go right through it. Its worth checking out. If you do not like it, big deal you lost a couple hundred dollars. No surgery no scars, no real huge risk imho
  3. I have tried several online hair vendors. Some are quite good and very affordable. Some are over priced and less quality believe it or not. If anyone wants to ask me anything or want any reviews my email is waxworks80@aol.com. id be happy to answer any questions or share links etc. best regards
  4. well anyone interested, i made a post on the hair system section of the forum. I posted some pictures of real clients on another forum.
  5. I am 30 years old and I have total hair loss on top. :-\ Been suffering with hairloss since my late teens. I looked into all of my options, surgery, drugs, hair systems, cosmetic concealers. I can tell you guys on this forum do not know much about hair systems. You are probably going to salons and getting ripped off paying a high price for crappy quality. There really is a whole new world of hair systems out there that most are unfamiliar with. The results can be very dramatic and impressive. The materials that are used now are so light and invisible no one can even see it. I been wearing hair systems now for ever 10 years. I just read this forum and I can see there is a definite miss conception of the potential of a good hair system. And the best part is, You dont go to HCM and pay thousands, They can be made very well overseas and imported for a fraction of the price. Sorry to ramble, I just really felt the need to explain it to you guys. You dont believe me?? Here are some photos of actual hair system customers on another hair replacement forum. http://i190.photobucket.com/al...5555/hairsystem3.jpg http://i190.photobucket.com/al...5555/hairsystem4.jpg http://i190.photobucket.com/al...5555/hairsystem2.jpg http://i190.photobucket.com/al...55555/Untitled-5.jpg http://i190.photobucket.com/al...5555/hairsystem1.jpg http://i190.photobucket.com/al...5555/hairsystem5.jpg
  6. Thank you. I guess this wasn't the right section to start talking about hair systems, I guess I mentioned it because his hair loss looked similar to mine. Btw, Is anyone on here who is having success with body hair to scalp transplants? I know some places do it, Good luck on your quest.. If the transplants work out, than thats great. dont have to worry about tapes, glues, buying new systems etc.
  7. unless its ok, Are you allowed to post pictures of hair systems on this forum?
  8. Honestly, I have no agenda or motive. I think I am a pretty unbiased person. I suffered from hair loss at an early age, and I looked into all of my options. I can tell you are not familiar with hair systems to make that comment. Ill put it this way, I have seen so many better photos of hair system results than transplant surgery. And thats the honest truth. I hope no one gets offended or boots me off of here, I am here to see how the progress of transplanting is going. I def would love it if they found a way to expand the donor hair. I dont want to post forums or pictures openly here not to disrespect the main agenda of the forum. But if you want to email me, Ill be glad to show you whatever pictures. All I am saying. For those who are not too keen on surgery. Hair systems is a very viable option. They are super light now a days, and invisible.
  9. I know on this forum not many people will probably agree with me. I think if you are THAT bald, hair transplants are not the right way to go. There simply is not enough donor hair to achieve a youthful look or style. I am 30 years old, with very severe hair loss, almost as bad as the original poster here, I been wearing hair systems for over 10 years. Not all hair systems look like rugs or fake/ugly. Believe me. You will get a very biased view on places like this. hair systems can look as good as real hair. the only downside is the maintenance. But with time that becomes routine. I really recommend hair systems as an option for people with this kind of hair loss. regards
