Wouldn't this also depend on the level of baldness? For example if you are NW5-6 and you get 4k-6k grafts....wouldn't everyone see that you have "something" done even after a few weeks?

And to stay on topic, I think Dr. Arocha does a very solid work and at this time he's climbing on the ladder. It will take some time for him to be on the same level as other elite docs (meaning get accepted here just as other docs, not his skills) but hey...you know what, we all have to start somewhere.

On a side note, roscopeeco, I agree with Dakota3, there other EQUALLY GREAT doctors he mentioned who I would go to with my eyes closed.

Dr. Alexander doesn't require shaving and I consider him as one of the elitist in world (in the same range as H&W, Feller, Shapiros, Rahal).

For me personally? I wouldn't be able to shave, I'm very self conscious and I don't want people to know I had anything done. The only person who would know about me having HT is my wife.

I see that you had 600 grafts with Dr. Umar....that is not a big number, meaning that you were probably around NW2.

Another point, if you read carefully, LMS was talking about BHT on VIRGIN SCALPS, not regular Head FUE. There is a HUGE difference.

Another thing, Dr. Umar's secrecy about his techniques....that's in itself is a huge problem for me. Check out Abbe's results and story with Dr. Umar (BHT), Abbe didn't get any information on the tools used by the doc, he pretty much just ignore his questions about tools, techniques, etc.

If I recall, there were some very unsatisfied patients of Dr. Weiss. I don't remember if I saw those negative posts here on forum or somewhere else.

There is only 1 doctor in Phoenix who I would let touch my head and it's Dr. Alexander. Do a search on these forums and you will see many photo results.

It is wonderful Dr. Alexander. I just became a follower. I've always been a HUGE fan of your work. BTW, Phoenix IS great. I live here for the past 10 years, wouldn't live anywhere else

There are plenty of people here who went through Bosley (some actually went more than once)...They all had to go to a coalition Doctor to repair them.

Can you tell us how old you are, how many grafts were transplanted? If you could post some pictures, that would be even better. There are a LOT of knowledgeable people here who can give you unbiased advice. Plus coalition doctors post here regularly.
