  1. On 9/9/05 I completed what has been a lengthy hair restoration process. On that day, Dr. Rassman of NHI (in Los Angeles) performed a scar revision for me and placed 500 grafts. I highly recommend Dr. Rassman. He performed one prior surgery on me in 2004 in San Jose at NHI after Dr. Roy Jones left. Overall, Dr. Rassman is an excellent surgeon, and is extremely fair (he honored the lower price that Dr. Jones charged), and waived his fees for the scar revision. NHI also payed for the trip to LA and accomodations - maybe because I had 5 prior surgeries with them...nonethelss, it was always a positive experience either with Jones or Rassman and I am very pleased with the results. Perhaps you can find an equal, but not better surgeon, than William Rassman....
  2. Marcus - your business practices are terrible. You are running your father's business straight into the ground. Why wouldn't you just refund the money with a stipulation that Parable remove this posting from the site? The longer you let this drag out the more damage you do to your clinic. After reading these posts, who would possibly come to Dr. White for a HT? Your pride is getting in the way of what common sense would dictate - it's time to cut your losses. Do you also realize how silly it is to publicly argue with a patient in this type of setting?
  3. Parable, I've seen much worse; however you should have received better from Dr. White. The donor scar is unacceptable. A good doctor would have left you with a vitually unnoticeable scar. The redness should have gone away by now and it is hard to believe that they transplanted 1300 grafts. Since the Dr's son posted on the site to refute your claims and asked that others view your pictures to decide - I come to one conclusion - You deserve a refund from them. They did poor quality work. Be careful in who you pick to do repair work. With the amount of hair you have, you should be able to achieve excellent results with just one repair procedure. Of course, the Dr's son is correct in that eventually you will need additional procedures as your hair thins in other areas. Good luck. A note to Dr. White - you are better off refunding this individual's money because the bad publicity you receive off this site will cost you much more in the long run. It is also the 'right' thing to do.
  4. There are a couple of Dr. Jones' out there. Which one are you referring to?
  5. Dr. Jones did leave NHI. I went there for a follow up a few weeks ago and it was done by Dr. Rasmussen. They would not tell me where he went.
  6. Does anyone know where Dr. Roy Jones of San Jose went? He was with NHI, but recently left. When I asked NHI they wouldn't tell me. I have had surgery with him in the past and was very satisfied with the results. Thanks.
