I noticed in the shower there are roughly 25 or so hairs after I shower. When I put rogaine in my hair I notice 10 or so hairs. Is this part of the natural daily shed of 100-150 hairs or is propecia not working for me?

You are correct regarding faster growth with the protein shakes - the ones I take I noticed have Biotin in them which supposedly speeds hairgrowth and fingernails.

I am a week away from my 9 month mark - I am happy so far with what I have - with that said, can somebody share with me what I should expect from month 9 and beyond? How much better will it get?? Thanks

I have been on propecia for almost 7 months - taking everyday as directed. If for some reason I did not take the medication for a week would I lose progress/hair?

Hairbank, At 7 mos I am almost about where you were at 4 months. Also, since I am just at 7 months will I see drastic improvement in what I already have?
