  1. This patient had extensive thinning and a very tight scalp. We decided to fill in the frontal 2/3 of the scalp and consider doing the back IF he had sufficient laxity in the future. We were able to get 2714 grafts from him although the closure was very tight. We were able to get 1015 single grafts, 1517 double grafts, and 283 big grafts. It was interesting that he had so few 3 and 4 hair grafts and so many singles, but we took what we could get. I have posted some before and after shots for you. Sorry his hair is so messy in the photos. Thomas Nakatsui
  2. This is a very happy patient who I believe was 10 months post op. He had blond-brown hair and wanted to fill in the frontal area. Our goal was not to fill this as densely as possible but to create a completely natural looking result that blended with the rest of his hair. Interestingly, much of the blond hair is so blond it is hard to see in these photos and made it more difficult to give him the appearance of any density. He recently had the vertex done to fill in that area. He received 504 single grafts, 1037 double grafts, and 402 big grafts, for a total count of 1943 grafts. Dr. Nakatsui www.drnakatsui.com
  3. Hello all, Here is a case with 3055 grafts (1198 singles, 1437 doubles, 420 three and four hair grafts). He wanted us to fill in the frontal scalp. Here are his results after 10 months growth. Dr. Nakatsui BEFORE <a href="
  4. Dr. Feller, I don't usually hang out on the boards (seems like there isn't enough time in a day) but luckily I noticed this thread. I had a look at your video and found it both intriguing and compelling. As a result, I am very interested in your device. I plan on being in Amsterdam for the conference so I hope to see your device there. My congratulations on spending the time and effort to take the FUE punch to the next level. Dr. N
  5. Hi More_hair, Just a point of clarification as I think you may have misunderstood what is on my website. I believe that it states on the website that I *avoid* using larger grafts such as slot grafts and believe that follicular units are the way to go. Chack out the text carefully. http://www.drnakatsui.com/home.html If it is still unclear, perhaps I need to change the way the text is worded so there is no further confusion. Let me know.
